Located in Grayton Beach. 1st floor: 2nd floor: 3rd floor: Belle of Grayton is a beautiful beach house located in the gated community of the Preserves in Grayton Beach surrounded by unspoiled nature preserves, tall pines, oaks, palmettos and natural scrub.
The beach access is a private nature trail that will lead you to stunning sand dunes, sugar white beaches and the beautiful gulf water. This spacious home displays southern charm with large porches, hardwood floors throughout and attention to detail in every corner.
The two master bedrooms include a private back deck and private bathroom. There are three other bedrooms with queen beds and a bunk room with twin on top and double on bottom. This 2600 square foot home will easily accommodate 12 people. The neighborhood offers private beach access, two pools and tennis courts.
It is less than a mile from the shops and restaurants of Grayton Beach and with Watercolor and Seaside nearby. There are great bike paths, nearby lakes and state parks providing plenty of outdoor activities. This home was built in 2006. Pool heated March and April. Stayed here in Summer of 2006 for family reunion. Wonderful surroundings, beautiful house, exquisitely decorated and everything you needed was available - just like walking into your own home, down to the finest detail. Hope to return again one day.

June, 2007 - 4 couples and 2 teenagers enjoyed this spacious and beautifully decorated home. Found everything we needed. Quite a trek to the beach, but it was almost exclusive once we got there. Highly recommend. ***
