We have gone to great lengths to make this a unique, modern house with all the enjoyments you want in a premium vacation rental. The home has hardwood floors, plush leather furniture, stainless steel appliances and a 320 sq/ft master bathroom. The main level has a impressive 52-inch HDTV with DirecTV and each of the five bedrooms is also equipped with DirecTV. There is a cozy kids bedroom on the Main Level with TV/DVD/VCR and plug-ins ready for their favorite game system. They can hang out there and play games all they wish without affecting the rest of the guests. Less than 65-Feet from the waterfront along a shaded concrete path, the gently-sloped walk from the dock means no long hikes uphill ! Our large, covered DEEP WATER dock is equipped with electrical and water service. You'll enjoy spending the entire day on the dock and swimming in the protected lake alcove - out of the wind, waves and boat traffic. Grab a floatchair and float your worries away! Hartwell Heaven is less than 90 minutes from the Atlanta metro area, and only 45 minutes from Greenville, SC making this an easy weekend or full-week getaway. Conveniently located less than 15 minutes from downtown Anderson, SC, you can find all the restaurants, shopping and entertainment needs of a larger city. For Clemson University alumni and fans, we are located only 20-25 minutes from the campus by car, or you can take your boat for a pleasurable cruise up the Seneca River and dock nearby "Death Valley". There are no 7-day minimum stays at Hartwell Heaven! Choose 3-day weekends or weekdays when available Fall/Winter/Spring Specials - Looking for an extended getaway after summer?
