This upscale property is located in beautiful, sunny South Kihei directly across from the Kamaole III beach. The complex is set on 15 acres of lush tropical gardens including fountains and a waterfall. Enjoy Hawaiian birds and the scent of tropical flowers while you relax on your lanai. Located at 2695 South Kihei Road in Kihei, Kamaole Sands boasts on-site amenities that include a complimentary continental breakfast and information session presented by our Activities Desk by the pool at 8:30 your first morning. Complimentary coffee is available from 7am to 9am in the reception area. The 24-hour front desk offers wake up, babysitting and dry cleaning services. Enjoy free Mai Tais poolside every Wednesday from 3-5pm.
Kamaole Sands features a pool area recently renovated with new flagstone decking, lounge chairs, exercise room, activity center, evening security, eight BBQ’s, picnic area, four tennis courts, two separate Jacuzzis (one adult only) and a children’s wading pool.
ABOUT OUR UNIT SPECIFICALLY:

Our unit (818 square feet) overlooks the garden and pool area. Although the unit has air conditioning throughout the living room and master bedroom, tradewinds gently cool the condo to keep you comfortable. The condo is spacious and airy with new tile and Pergo flooring throughout. The kitchen and bathrooms have been fully updated including granite counters and new appliances. You will find everything you need to cook in the kitchen or barbeque on the new gas grills located throughout the complex. The furniture has been re-upholstered recently, including a new king-size bed in the master suite, a new queen pull-out sofa mattress with memory foam mattress topper and has also been freshly painted. Both the living room and master bedroom feature flat screen televisions. The en-suite washer/dryer allows you to put a load of laundry in the washer while you enjoy breakfast on the lanai. We offer free high speed internet. There is a numbered, free parking space for your car. Our on-site management company ensures impeccable cleanliness. You will enjoy being close enough to everything, but far enough away not to hear street traffic. From our back door to the water's edge at Kamaole Beach III is 444 steps (yes, we counted them), where you can enjoy sunbathing, snorkeling and boogie-boarding. No smoking and no pets please.
ABOUT THE TOWN OF KIHEI:
Kamaole Sands is located at the south end of the little town of Kihei, and borders on the exclusive neighborhood of Wailea. This is the dry side of the island, with very little rain. Spectacular sunsets are guaranteed almost every night. The largest of three public park beaches, Kamaole III, lies just across the street from the resort and there are two other beaches within a half mile. The beaches just don’t get crowded. The snorkeling is excellent among rocks and coral where you can enjoy tropical fish and lava formations in the warm water at the edge of white sand beaches. The tiny island of Molokini, renowned for the clarity of its water, is not far offshore, and excursions are easy to arrange through the resort’s activity desk. During the winter months, you will certainly catch a glimpse of a playful whale or two that swim very close to shore. From Kamaole Sands, enjoy walking to restaurants, shops and Kamaole I, II and III beaches.

Why the Owner Chose Kamaole Sands
Over the years we stayed in many complexes on South Kihei Road. When we decided to purchase a condo in Maui, Kamaole Sands was our only complex of choice because of the concrete construction, beautifully maintained grounds and excellent on site management company.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our condo is centrally located but in a quiet area of Kamaole Sands. We enjoy being able to walk across to Kamaole III Beach, or take a nice brisk walk down South Kihei Road in the morning, or choose from many beautiful spots to watch the sun set over the ocean every night.

It's important to walk into your vacation rental and feel that you chose well. The condo was updated and very nice. We only ate two meals out so it was nice to have such a fully stocked kitchen! The location of the condo was great since we could look over at the pool and walk to it in minutes. We enjoyed having the beach towels for use as well as the chairs, umbrellas and even some snorkle gear and boogie boards. Having coolers was excellent too. The condo was very comfortable. We appreciated having two nice sized televisions in the condo so in the evenings right before bed we could take in some of our own shows (my husband sports and me a sitcom). However, that wasn't a priority for us but a nice perk. The extra long ethernet cord was great so I could manuever the laptop where I needed it. The pool and grounds are incredible and the twice daily birds serenade made it hard to leave in the morning or miss it in the evening. It is paradise. We highly recommend this condo. The owners were very responsive to anything we needed.

This was our first time booking through vrbo.com! This place exceeded our expectations. We were especially pleased to find beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas for our use. The condo was clean, well decorated, quiet, and was just a perfect place for the two of us. The owners were very good to talk to over the phone as well.

We loved this unit! The bed is comfortable, the kitchen extremely well stocked with all the tools, pots, pans, even tupperware. Likewise we enjoyed the use of cooler, beach chairs, towels etc. This back building is very quiet. The place was recently painted and in tip top shape.

Our family (2 kids 12 and 14 years old) stayed for one week in this condominium. It is one of the most tastefully furnished flats we have ever rented all over the world. It has everything provided someone needs for a great holiday. Kamaole Sands is a good place for making excursions all over the island. A big advantage is also the beach just a few minutes walk away. We loved this place and we surely like to come back.
Owner response:Kamaole Sands is a place for everyone - newlyweds, couples, families, retirees or single people. If you like to walk a short distance, no car is necessary to get to the beach, shopping or dining. We counted the steps - the beach is only 444 steps away from our condo. We are happy to say we had a guest from Greece choose to stay in our condo.

We had a wonderful stay at Kameole Sands unit 5-202. The condo was well taken care of and the whole complex itself was nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend anyone who's going to Maui to stay at this condo.
