One of two beachfront duplex units to choose from. Side by side units with separate entrances sharing only a carport and washer/dryer. These lovely duplex units share a quiet, beautiful sandy beach and are located in a private residential neighborhood in Haleiwa. Haleiwa is a blend of cafes, art galleries, boutiques, and shops with remnants of the old Hawaiian plantation days.
The "B" side of this beachfront duplex, which is approximately 600 square feet, offers one bedroom and one bath. An outside shower allows you to rinse off from the beach before entering the home. There is a private lanai which leads to the beach. This fully furnished unit is perfect for a couple or small family. The living room has a sofa bed that allows the unit to accommodate up to four people. The dining room area has seating for four. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a window air conditioning unit. An inexpensive opportunity to enjoy true Hawaiian living.
