A superb 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom (2-ensuite)villa. This villa is not overlooked directly at the back, and has views across to the Epcot globe, and the nightly Epcot (and other Disney sites) fireworks can also be seen.
There are two separate dining areas and a breakfast bar. All bedrooms amd the family room have a TV or TV/DVD, and available for use, on request, are a Playstation 2 and some games. For those who need to bring the laptop computer, we have wireless broadband inclusive. We have an enhanced cable TV package.
If that is not enough, relax in our beautiful pool and Spa or wear the children out, swimming or just playing with the inflatables provided. There is a lovely covered lanai area and large pool deck, to help catch the "rays", with a selection of outdoor furniture. The kitchen and laundry are both well equipped.
Supermarkets are within 4 minutes car drive, with some open 7a.m. to midnight daily. Other shops are not far away, with Wal-Mart about 15 minutes car drive, whilst the famous Florida Mall is just 25 minutes drive.
The nearest golf courses, Championsgate, where there are 2 Greg Norman designed courses, are only a short distance from the villa.
The Hamlet at West Haven is an idyllic setting of a small number of villas, with its own kids play areas and a community pool, and less than 10 minutes away from the lively area of Kissimmee and the Highway 192, where there are a wide range of restaurants and attractions. The Hamlet also boasts being just 3 minutes from Highway 27, which leads to the beautiful Orange County with stunning orange groves. |
