Located on the quiet non-drive part of Daytona Beach, and just a block to the Sunglow Pier for fishing and Crabby Joe's restaurant, out over the water. With the friendliest of residents and tenants, helpful on-site managers, and a bathing deck around the beautiful pool, you can do as much or as little as you want while vacationing here.
With all of the excitement of Orlando and its attractions a short drive away, and the Daytona Speedway a few minutes away, you're close to everything. Daytona Beach also has a great new downtown area at Ocean Walk which offers restaurants, movie theatres, live entertainment and the Boardwalk. Or you can choose to do absolutely nothing but enjoy the sparkling Atlantic Ocean and the wide, white sandy beach.
The unit has been renovated and remodeled, with new tile and carpeting throughout, and is enjoyed by many happy return renters, year after year. Overlooking the pool area with fantastic views of the ocean, you are also near the tennis and basketball courts.
Everything you need is provided for in the condo, with linens, a kitchen for all your gourmet cooking needs, comfortable beds and furniture, and your own washer/dryer. It also features the best parking spot in the covered parking garage, right next to the entrance to the building.
The master bedroom offers a king bed, and the 2nd bedroom has two full sized beds. There is a queen sleep sofa in the spacious, tropically decorated living room. The bathrooms and kitchen are all beautifully renovated.
