2/27/10-3/18/10 Well-we are so relaxed we can barely remember our names. Our 21st year on Maui and by far the best! We had as much sunshine in 3 weeks as we would get in a year in Seattle. So off we go, filled with pleasant memories. Hopefully we shall return to be blessed again by all that Maui has to offer. Thank you for providing such a comfortable place to dwell over these last days. Peace to you and yours.

We stayed at this condo for a week. It was very comforable. We enjoy cooking on the BBQ. Vicky & Rick were so nice & had great information about where to eat & shop. We can't wait to return.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Jan. 8-29/2010 Aloha Rick & Vicky Once again the past 3 weeks have gone by so fast. It has been a great holiday and there will be so many things to remember and think about when we get home. 12/17/09-1/31/10 Aloha, thank you for the lovely condo. The boys enjoyed the toys and the pool. Thank you for the wonderful cookies and the xmas treat we found on our door. It's a great memory. We want to replace a bogie board! that a wave took out and bought some extra glasses as the boys took out two...otherwise hopefully things are relatively in one piece! We hope to come back again. 8/20/09-9/8/09 Rick & Vicky, Thank you for providing such a wonderful home-away-from home. The condo is perfect for us-great location, so clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need. We made good use of all the "toys" and beach gear. We had a wonderful holiday and saw parts of the island we had never seen before. Snorkeling was great, as was exploring the upcountry and the hikes inland. The highlight was getting engaged under a full moon and beatuiful sunset on Charley Young Beach! Hopefully we will get to spend more time with you next time--we'll definately be back!! Mahalo!

7/26-8/1/09 Boozhoo Vicky and Rick! (Hello in Ojibwe) Brent and I had a fabulous time in Maui and at your condo. We referred to it as home while we were here. Thanks for inviting us along on your canoe as we both never tried this before. We were both happy with how quiet it was at night. Having been in Waikiki the week before, the quiet nights were welcome. We never got to see all we had wanted so I guess we will be back in the future. Thanks for everything. 6/16/09-6/26/09 What a wonderful ten days we have had here! So very peaceful and relaxing. We felt we could do as much or as little as we wanted. What a beautiful set-up: all we needed and more. Very well equipped-nothing else we could have needed. And all was so convenient. We really appreciated all you did to make our stay comfortable. The paddle the other morning was fantastic!I truly enjoyed it and saw a part of the ocean I never have before.Sunset drinks on the beach were great along with your company. I know now why you left Grass Valley to be here! We hope to return again. We both loved the Kihei area and enjoyed getting to spend some time in this portion of Maui. As always Maui No Ka Oi!

Aloha Rick & Vicky, Efrat and I came all the way from Maryland to celebrate our honeymoon in style. Maui was the last island we visited and we will take away some of our most memorable experiences from here. Each day brought new,extraordinary news and of course lovely weather and it was so nice to come back to a clean, pleasant, and comfortable apartment in the evenings. Especially for budget travelers having a kitchen was a great help. We hope to see you again next time around (maybe in the winter so we can see some whales). Mahalo for everything.

Aloha Rick & Vicky, My daughter Jenny and I came over from Marina del Rey to visit my new granddaughter, born April 10th. Your condo was perfect in location as well as comfort-a true home away from home. Everything was so clean-we even got a lot of use out of the comfortable rocker. We like the lanai and the beautiful ground floor setting, too. Sorry we missed meeting you this time but we are planning to come back again...many times!We are anxious to meet you and would love to stay here again. My daughter and her husband live in Kihei just a few blocks away. Aloha Rick & Vicky, Can't believe it's our last day, we don't want to go back to the mainland. Maui has always been my favorite and now it is also Brett's favorite too. It has all the best parts of the other islands rolled into one. Your condo is charming & quite comfortable and we'll be hoping to return soon. Brett was happy to met you both & thanks especially for the canoe adventure. We did go surfing the next day and rode the waves, it was great. We'll do our last luau tonight before we return to the Big Island and fly home. Mahalo again and aloha noe.

May 1-8, 2009 Aloha Rick & Vicky- Darin and I had a fabulous time this past week. So much to see,do, and eat for just one week! The condo was home away from home but much cleaner since our three kids were not with us to make big messes!If we get the chance we will be back and I'm keeping your business card! Also, Darin LOVED the sportfishing with Finest Kind. We caught 4 ono and 2 mahi mahi plus saw whales and dolphins. What a trip! Mahalo!!

We came here on the 27th of March from Northfield, Minnesota (south of Twin Cities). We enjoyed a wonderful whale watching experience and enjoyed the road to Hana. Thank you for taking us canoeing. 3/21-3/27/09 Echoing the MANY!! before me, as I sit here on the day of our departure, drinking delicious Kona coffee, listening to the soothing "coo's" of the doves outside, I want to thank you, Rick & Vicky, for your perfect set up here in "2119". Impeccably clean, thoughtfully equipped and decorated, this place was wonderful! We were only her for a week; therefore, WE WILL BE BACK! So much to do on this magical island-we saw the sunrise on Haleakala, had front row seats to breaching humpbacks, spied on turtles breakfasting along the rocks on Charlie Young Beach, received a much-needed installment of Vitamin D, ate the WHOLE box of macadamia chocolates (so lovely~thanks), and so on. Can't wait for "next time"-missed the paddle with you and really want to do that...AH!Anyway, return to "real life" for now, with amazing memories and -let's be honest, a FABULOUS tan...!

Feb. 24-Mar. 10, 2009 We are taking our "Aloha Smiles" home with us!!Maui Vista 2119 is perfect and we had everything necessary for a comfortable two weeks. The weather was a bit overcast at times but it is winter here; updates from home warn us of -10 degrees and snow! Yuk!. Thanks for the Paddle Adventure..it's a must-do for all those who follow us. Feb.17-22, 2009 Dear Vicky & Rick, Thank you so much for making our Hawaiian Holiday so special! Your beautifully decorated, "spotless" condo has all the amenities that anyone would ever need. 12/27/08 to 1/16/09 Dear Rick & Vicky, This last three weeks went far too fast compared to the 300 sleeps we started counting at. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful condo.We loved the location & the comfort of everthing you had here in the condo for us to use. We did not have one problem with this condo at all. It was just perfect. We loved our stay here and had a wonderful vacation. The kids fell in love with Maui--what a fantastic place to get engaged. We hate to leave but know we will be back. October 7-14, 2008 Rick & Vicky, It is a bittersweet night in 2119....we had an amazing time on Maui, and were made to feel welcome the instant we came in contact with you. Unfortunately, our time has come to leave. Both Kristin and I were honored to have made your aquaintance, to have been taken in to your condo and to have been included on your morning paddle last week. We take with us the memories the island of Maui has provided us with, and will surely be seeing you both again in the near future when we return.The time just cannot pass by fast enough. Rick & Vicky, Thank you very much for making your island paradise our home for the past few days. We were able to experience and see the "real" Hawaii during our time here. The only drawback was our stay was too short. We won't make the same mistake next time (there will be a next time!) Rick & Vicky, We had a wonderful time in your condo and on Maui. The weather has been perfect. We've seen hundreds of whales and snorkeled with the turtles and seen manta rays. We are off now to another condo, but wished we had booked your 2119 for another week. 2119 is in a great location and Maui Vista complex is so well taken care of. It's quiet, clean and lovely. Thank you so much for providing us with a very comfortable, clean and well thought out accomodation. We hope you will have availability next time we come. Aloha! We really enjoyed staying at your condo. The beach was wonderful and all our days were sunny. We really hope we can come back one day. Our last day here we went whale watching with Pacific Whale Foundation and saw 12 whales within 100 yards (closer to the boat). It was wonderful! Aloha Rick and Vicky, The best part of our stay was your charming,comfy condo. It's well equipped and it is located at a quiet but busy spot on Maui. We weren't lucky with the weather, sadly. We had rain for 5 days! We could spend only one afternoon at the beach! We wish our daughter could have used your sand toys more! Since we have many unfulfilled plans, we will definitely be back. Hopefully, when it's dry! Mahalo for your excellent hospitality!
