The villa is within walking distance of Cortona with its famous historic centre.
Bramasole is secluded in its own private estate of about 1 hectare, full with olive groves, that gently unfolds to the panoramic pool. The pool, (4 x 8 meter) is about 80 mt from the villa and 20 mt from the annex.
This typical stone farmhouse has been converted into a very spacious seven-bedroom home with a well-equipped kitchen and modern en-suite bathrooms, and furnished with a blend of Tuscan antiques combined with the rustic Tuscan charm.
Carefully renovated and decorated by its present owners, the villa features beamed ceilings, tastefully painted walls, terracotta floors and stylish furnishings.
