When you stay in our DESIGNER HOME with two bedrooms, den with sofa sleeper and armoire with two full baths, you are entitled to all the amenities as a resident of The Villages. INCLUDING the FOUR PASSENGER NIGHT-DRIVABLE GOLF CART. Also included with our rental are BICYCLES, GAS GRILL and WIRELESS HI-SPEED INTERNET. To help you navigate The Villages a VILLAGES MAP is included with each rental.
Our home is located in The Village of Caroline, just a three minute golf cart ride to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square and one minute to the Caroline Neighborhood Adult Pool and three minutes to the Coconut Cove Family Pool.
Our Designer Home shows like a model home and is in a nice quiet neighborhood, professionally landscaped, beautifully decorated, fully furnished with full kitchen and bath accessories with washer and dryer.
Living room has 47" HD/TV with DVR/DVD/VCR and separate sitting area.
Master Bedroom has Queen Bed, 32" TV/DVD, large walk-in closet, private bath with his and her sinks with large walk-in shower.
Guest bedroom has Queen Bed, 15" TV with a pocket door that closes to make a guest suite for privacy from bedroom to bath.
Den has Queen Sofa-Sleeper with 19" TV/DVD and Armoire.
Dining area has 15" TV and table with seating for six.
Screened Lanai has table with seating for six, two ottomans and side table.

All the golf you will ever want. Two Town Squares with shopping, restaurants, nightly live entertainment, dancing, happy hour, each with two weekly outdoor vendor nights and first run movie cinemas.
So many restaurants and Country Clubs that you could eat out for two months or more and not have to go to the same restaurant twice. Just a short golf cart ride to several Country Clubs each with a 27-hole championship golf course complete with Pro Shop and Country Club restaurants.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 or more years. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. $50 Temporary ID cards for two are required and included with rental. Near adult and family pools, many Executive and Country Club golf courses and two Town Squares.

Why the Owner Chose Caroline
I first saw The Villages in an AARP magazine in 2001. It didn't take me long to make a visit to see what the talk was all about. We bought our first home here in 2004 and sold and bought our second and present home here in 2006. We chose our current location not only because of the beautiful home and neighborhood, but mostly because of the perfect central location. We are only about 1 minute to the Caroline Neighborhood pool and 3 minutes to Coconut Cove Recreation Center where you can take the Grandkids swimming. We are also about as close to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square as you can get and about the same distance to Mallory Hill Country Club.

We know that choosing the perfect place to stay on vacation is tough, and we have encountered many disappointments over the years, but not this time! Our stay in this property on Maybank Loop was rewarding in many ways. The Villages is an excellent place to visit if you want to be active and included in any and all activities. The unit we rented is in excellent condition, pleasantly decorated, clean, and supplied with one's every need, including televisions in every room! However, given the opportunities in The Villages, you will find yourself "out and about" with little time for television. The location is excellent, with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment and shopping. If you find anything you need or questions to be answered, you have ready access to the owner. We would recommend this property to anyone we trusted to take care of it appropriately.

Excellent in every way. This unit is conveniently located, well supplied and clean. The owner was always available should one need to ask questions, etc. The Villages development is unlike that we have ever seen. The communication stream regarding activities, etc. was excellent; every person we met at the recreation centers was courteous and helpful, and most of them treated us as if they were glad to have us there! We participated in tennis, pickleball, euchre, dominoes and attended several concerts in the Church on the Square, two lectures on medical issues as well as a Dixieland Jazz band rehearsal (which was excellent). Needless to say, we enjoyed our visit to the Villages.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car.

My stay in The Villages was really enhanced with my stay in The Village of Caroline at this VRBO property. The home is maticulously kept and the location is most convenient to the town center. It was truely a home away from home.

My wife and I stayed here in June 18/26th,2011 we were very happy with the accommodations. It's a beautiful home . Everything listed in the description and pictures were accurate. The owners couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

We highly recommend this property if you are looking for a wonderful house in an excellent neighborhood with very accommodating owners. The house speaks for itself -- very clean, well-maintained, classy but functional furnishings, and close to restaurants and entertainment. We loved renting this home!! It has all the amenities that are needed for a comfortable home and is very homey. We have rented numerous times in The Villages and this has been our best experience. FYI - we love The Villages and plan on moving down there next Spring.
