Privately owned villa bringing you the ultimate in executive, luxury accommodation. This villa is one of only 57 in a small private gated community.
Our villa sleeps a maximum of eight plus one cot (provided for you free of charge). Two Master Ensuite bedrooms - one with Super king-size bed and one with Queen-size bed - both have ensuite bathrooms with twin basins, large shower cubicles and one has a roman tub. Both have cable TV and patio doors which open and look onto the pool area. Two Twin Bedded bedrooms with cable TV.
All doors to the pool area are alarmed so if children go through and you are unaware they sound an open door signal.
Luxurious lounge area with large cable TV, DVD player, PlayStation2, I-Pod docking station and player and seperate music system, massive patio doors that open fully onto pool deck. Dining room with formal seating for eight and WIRELESS high-speed cable internet connection (free of charge) bring your own laptop.
Kitchen equipped with everything you need - oven, hob, microwave, American fridge freezer, ice maker, toaster, hot toastie maker, coffee maker and steamer. Crockery, cutlery and cookware all provided. Laundry facilities with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
New games room comprising of 8ft pool table, 7ft air hockey, foosball table, darts and music system.
We are now offering FREE international, national and local LANDLINE phone calls.
The pool has plenty of patio furniture for lounging around in that beautiful Floridian sunshine and dining outside on those beautiful days and balmy evenings, a pool safety fence is provided to ensure the safety of little ones and your peace of mind. A gas BBQ is provided (free of charge) and patio has been built for a cooking or sunbathing area.
The pool area has total privacy as there is a 6ft panelled fence on all three sides and we are not overlooked by any of our neighbours.

Our family stayed in this lovely house over Christmas/New Year 2011/'12 and would highly recommend it. It is a beautifully furnished and very well equipped home with every desirable amenity available. A great feature was the excellent games room which kept the children occupied on non-Disney days! Another bonus was the proximity to the tennis court which meant our children could pop across safely for a quick game. The location of this house is within walking distance of Champions Gate where you can find restaurants,shops and a Publix supermarket.Overall,this villa was all it promised and more,and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Orlando.

Just returned from a wonderful three weeks staying at Charleston Manor. The villa was well equipped and spotlessly clean and perfect for our family (son, daughter-in-law and two grandsons) giving us an ideal base to return to from hectic days at the parks. Our 7 and 4 year old grandsons enjoyed the pool so much we didn’t feel the need to visit any of the water parks. We’ll be keeping an eye on availability for your villa for our next visit. Thanks for an extremely efficient service regarding all aspects of our rental.

Hi Shelley, Just a few words to describe our wonderful holiday in Florida which was made wholesome by your lovely Villa. Leading up to the holiday I found the dialogue we had by email most useful which enabled “peace of mind” as we planned our holiday. The security safes that you had installed were most welcome as we could lock away our laptop and other valuables, negating the need to take them with us. The directions from Orlando International Airport were straight forward and we journeyed to the Villa quite comfortably. On arrival we had no problem accessing the security gates and found the front door key easily within the security box. We entered the Villa and had a good look around and were very assured that we had made the right choice. It was just like the pictures on the web site and every utensil that was listed was available for use. We found it clean, tidy and in very good order. The main features for us was the location (near I4 and US27) which provided the gateway to the parks (15-20 mins), the pool, and the lovely surroundings. Florida Spirit Management were very friendly and offered advice when needed. The pool was so refreshing in the afternoons after our Park visits and the games room (although without A/C gave us options in the evening). The Internet and free UK calls home to family made us feel like we were “home from home”, as we kept in contact with them. The garden area is looking quite picturesque as your new plants blossom. The utilities were all very good and I especially liked the Fridge with the ice maker. We had an incident free 3 weeks and were sad to have to come home. We could have quite easily have stayed longer. All in all we had a marvellous time and would like to return in the future if we are able. I hope others enjoy their time at “The Manor” as we did. Thank you for letting us stay at your Villa.

Reviewing: Charleston Manor at West Haven - 5 Star Luxury Great Vacation, house exceeded our expectations(we have stayed in two others). The huge patio door and outdoor patio made it feel like there was an extra room in the house. Great pool and hot tub. If you are looking for a safe, clean house with all the bells and whistles don't look any furhter. Situated close to all parks and shopping! Great owners phoned in the middle of the week to check on our vacation. Thanks Shelley and Mark, we will be back next year.

This villa was excellent value and exceeded all our expectations, the games room was excellent for the whole family, the fenced pool area was amazing and a brilliant way to unwind after a hard day at the parks. We had many a night under the lanai when the kids were in bed. The peace and quiet of the area was lovely.The kids loved their bedrooms and the master bed was awesome!!!We will be back and certainly recommend to our friends."

"Was here for March Break, 2006. Villa was incredible! Like new condition, pool/spa were great, everything as promised, very nice/quiet area, close to everything (Walmart 10 minutes away, sells tickets for just about everything). Owners a joy to deal with, property management company checked in as well to make sure all was well... highly recommended!!"
