Paradise on the ocean - your own personal space right on the beach where every room is ocean front! We remember the first time we saw this condominium. We were visiting Grand Cayman, and went to a real estate agent on a whim. She showed us this condominium first. There are beach front/ocean front condo, and then there are beach front/ocean front condos. Condos can front on the ocean, or they can be corner units with ocean on two sides. This condo is the end unit of a 'U' shaped complex, so three sides are ocean front! Every room has great views; there are acres of green landscaping with coconut trees and a pool right on the ocean. It was just perfect; we fell in love and bought it. This was over a decade ago, and our family has vacationed there every year since then.
Why pay for a hotel suite when you can have your very own private condominium with full kitchen for less? Bring your entire family, or share it with another couple. There are two bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom attached. One has a king-size bed, the other has two twins, which can be combined into a king. The cozy living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, and there is also a roll-away bed, so you can comfortably sleep six people. There are a variety of games, books and pool and beach toys in the closet for your enjoyment. We can arrange to have you picked up at the airport if you desire. Upon arrival at the gorgeous condominium, our property manager will greet you and make sure you are comfortable. She is available 24 hours, seven days a week. If you desire, she will also purchase groceries for you and leave them in the condominium. The center of Georgetown is less than a mile away, a leisurely 15-20 minute walk. Great restaurants, shopping and grocery stores are an easy walk - the famed Wharf restaurant is only five minutes, and a grocery store is only ten minutes away. You can also rent a car, but do not have to. Call a taxi by phone and it will be there in minutes. Buses also run on the main street 200 yards away from the condominium.
The 3-story condominium complex sits on seven beautiful, recently re-landscaped acres. The 54 condominiums are set in a ‘U’ around the pool and its emerald green necklace (the lawns and landscaping). Although there are two floorplans, all the condos are essentially the same size. The six condominiums at the ends of the ‘U’ are truly ocean front (not just part of an oceanfront complex). Ours is one of the six (the only one offered on this website); it is on the second floor which guarantees panoramic ocean views without the heat of the sun beating down on the ceiling. For your peace of mind, our condominium rental unit is annually inspected and licensed by the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism. For your health, our condo is non-smoking.
So play in the ocean. Go snorkeling right off the beach. Fish from a rock outcropping on the beach, and barbeque your catch on any of the many shared grills. Swim in the ocean or the sparkling sun-warmed pool (the water is usually around 80 degrees). Walk the acres of landscaped greenery in the courtyard. Go diving with any of several wonderful diving operators who will pick you up from the condominium. Share a drink with your loved ones on the balcony, and enjoy the sun as it sets into the ocean. Best of all, sit in any room in the condominium and relax while watching the ocean, knowing that you are experiencing something priceless.

I am a physician from the USA. We live in the USA. My family loves this condo and we visit it every year.
Why the Owner Chose Seven Mile Beach
This is a lovely condo, right on the ocean. It is our private cabana on the ocean. There are several condos in this complex available for rent, including on VRBO. Even among those considered beachfront, ours has the best location, being right on the beach and the ocean. Every room has an oceanview.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
There is wonderful access to everything since it is close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and town. There is no condo on Seven Mile Beach closer to the ocean than our condo. Unlike most condo complexes with little greenery on the ocean, we have a large garden right on the ocean.

Just returned from 6 wonderful days in Grand Cayman at Bart's condo. The location is ideal and the snorkeling out front is amazing! There's a shipwreck just down the beach to the left (an easy swim). The morning we left our daughter and her friend saw tons of fish, including a barracuda, stingray and lobster. The views from the balcony are beautiful, the location is perfect and the condo was just right for our family. Our biggest recommendation is to skip the big boats our to StingRay City and try to book a trip out there with Captain Crosby. Wonderful, relaxing...it was just the 5 of us and he hoisted the sail and brought out his guitar for the ride back to shore. He even drove us over to a lunch place and had lunch with us. Great guy!! The Wharf restaurant is a fun, but quite expensive and a bit over rated. I think I'd go to the Ritz for a really good dinner if I was to spend that much again. The restaurants right near the condo are really good too! Thanks Bart!

We've just returned from a great week on Grand Cayman. We loved this condo. Located at the beginning of 7 Mile Beach, we spent a lot of time at the pool, but also walked the beach daily. Downtown is 25 minute walk. Grocery store is 15 minutes. Lots of restaurants close by, but we ended up eating most meals right at the condo. We loved breakfast on the patio while watching the cruise ships arrive each day. Bart's thorough written instructions answered all our questions. What a perfect place! We'll definitely stay again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing, refreshing place to stay.

We just returned from our trip and had a wonderful time. We were there right before the winter rush so the entire island was relatively quiet. Bart is a very attentive host who obviously cares for his condo and the people who stay there. The unit was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our 10 day stay. This condo is right on the ocean with amazing views from every room. The sound of the waves crashing on the rocks provided the perfect sleeping environment. The grounds are beautiful. It sets back off the main road so traffic noises are minimal. We were within a short walking distance of the grocery store and the bus service took us to points farther. The bus system is quirky but functional. They are actually vans rather than buses and travel up and down Seven Mile Beach as well as to the outer parts of the island. Just allow extra time to get where you want to go – it’s quite common for the driver to detour from the regular route to take someone to their home or other location not on the designated route. The beach is rocky so shoes are a must. There is a walkway across the rocks and a new ladder providing easy access to the water for snorkeling. The cruise ships sail in and out of port almost daily. The sunsets are beautiful. Enjoy!

We just returned from a week in the Caymans. We stayed at the Georgetown Villas, in a wonderful 2nd floor unit right on the beach. It was great to sit on the balcony, watch the water, the pool, and the landscaped courtyard. It is close to nearly everything and we walked into town for the street party on Saturday night of Pirates week. If we decide to go back to the Caymans, we will probably stay here again. Thanks Bart!

What a nice unit in a lovely complex, great location, beautiful island! We had everything we needed and were close enough to several restaurants to walk, however, I do suggest a car just because it was fun to get out and explore the island! And it was a little hot for a long walk ( we visited in August). Snorkeling right from the beach - we saw lots of colorful fish and there was even a shipwreck right up the beach to explore! It is definitely a rocky beach, not a sandy easy walk-in entry beach, watch out for lots of urchins ( water shoes a must), but we found it to be lots more interesting this way and if you want you can walk up the beach a ways to a wider sandy stretch. It was never crowded and we were always the only ones at the pool each evening. When we walked up the beach the hotels up there were much more crowded and noisy; I preferred it at George Town Villas. Grand Cayman Island is lovely and you will enjoy coming "home" each night to this very comfortable beach front unit. Ocean view from every room - you could hear the surf and see the cruise ships when in port -- I cried when it was time to leave! Thank you, Bart and family , for letting us use your vacation home!

The whole complex was very well maintained. Your condo was very nice, clean and had everything that you said. It fit us just fine. We used Deep Blue Divers which is located in the Lobster Pot building so it was convenient and we would recommend their service. Kirks supermarket also was very convenient.

This was our first family dive trip to the Grand Cayman. We have 13 year old twin daughters and another daughter who is 10. The Condo was perfect for all our needs during our week stay. We enjoyed snorkeling right off the beach, making sandcastles on the beach and lounging by the pool. The condo was equip with everything we needed- even board games to play at night. The grocery store was a nice stroll down the road as well as was the best ice cream on the island. There was no need to rent a car because everything is an easy walk away. We dove with Living the Dream Divers, they were wonderful and extremely sensitive to our needs, having newly certified divers. We also sailed with John Michael on his J22 to Stingray City, Starfish beach and Rum Point- in our opinion, the only way to go. If you ask our girls, this was one of the best vacations ever!

The ocean view from this property was great! Really clean property and grounds. Right in front of the pool is a plus too. It is within walking distance from a great Mexican restaurant and Irish pub. The bus system is amusing but works extremely well compared to taxis. Friendly people in surrounding condos. Safe and quiet beach. Very relaxing place. Had a great time! Visit the Turtle Farm and Seven Mile public beach. Skip the Botanic Gardens and Hell. Rum Point is a great beach as well. About mid trip get a car to drive around the island. If your from US, its an adventure all in itself. I would definitely return to this condo.

Hi Bart, Thank-you so much for opening your home to us. We had a wonderful time! The location of your villia is right in the middle of everything. The sunsets watched off your balcony were beautiful. My boys had a great time snorkeling and fishing right in their backyard:-)And the villia had everything we needed for a family of six. Thanks Again

Hi Bart! Our stay at the Grand Cayman condo was excellent. We had such a fun time while there. Sorry I couldn’t respond while we were there but I lost my Blackberry somewhere between Atlanta and the Caymans. The condo was perfect for our stay and we truly enjoyed ourselves. Thanks again for the condo, we had a great time.
