This six-bedroom unit is only a few steps from the ocean. With four covered balconies, everyone can enjoy the oceanview and inter coastal waterway views from the second and third floor balconies.
Ride up the private elevator to the second floor bedrooms - two masters with king beds, private baths with tiled floor, shower, garden tub and double sinks. The other two bedrooms on this level have a queen bed in one and twin beds in the other. The laundry room offers a washer/dryer, ironing board and iron.
The top floor contains two more bedrooms and a full bath. A queen and two bunk beds. The living room, dining area and kitchen are also on the top floor.
Our home consists of the top two floors of this building. The elevator goes to our unit only.
The bright, inviting living room has loads of windows with an ocean view, vaulted ceiling, bamboo floors. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, flat top stove, microwave, lots of counter space as well as a breakfast bar and barstools for extra seating.
Walk to the conveniently-located restaurants, shopping and other amenities.
Rinse off in the private, downstairs shower, store your coolers, fishing rods, etc. in the private locker and grill your steaks on the gas grill provided. It is a beautiful place to be!
