This is a family oriented complex. This property is updated with very nice and expensive furnishings. We'd like to rent to those that will treat our place as if it were their own.
This is an awesome, one bedroom, one bath condominium on the water in Orange Beach. It was completely refurbished this year. Every piece of furniture and linen was replaced. There is all new warm natural stone tile, new kitchen back splash and carpet in the bedroom. New Suede leather sectional sofa, leather chairs and foot rests, new king bed with memory foam top. There is a new Murphy bed in the living room with a full size tempurpedic mattress, Stainless appliances, Granite counters in kitchen and bath, whirlpool tub, Fireplace, WiFi, Office desk and chair, outside private grill and a huge private balcony. Even 80% of the decorations have been replaced.
There are very few rental units in this low-density (96-unit) development. This is a 878-square-foot unit with an additional 250 square feet of covered balcony on the elevated 1st floor. (second story on the water) It has 11-foot ceilings with floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows across the back of the unit.
This condominium is bigger than most two-bedroom, two bath units. It is furnished as an owner unit but is it available to rent. It has a great view of the pool area as well as Terry Cove and Robinson Island (the most active area of coastal Alabama).
It is directly next door to Shipps Harbour Grill (one of the finest restaurants in Orange Beach). Walk out the back door on 1/4 million square feet of docks and fish for Flounder and Trout. Then come on back and cook 'em up on the Stainless steel Holland Grill on your balcony. Hang out by the one-acre pool area or next to the fireplace in the condominium. Watch TV on a Big Screen LCD tv in the living room and bedroom.
Take in the boats going by while you read your favorite book on the huge balcony. You can bring your boat and tie it to the dock while you stay, it's first come, first serve or you can rent a designated slip from the Marina next door. It will be right out your back door. If you have a Jet ski, there is a sandy beach on property to park it. There is a small charge to store your trailer at the marina next door. THE IS NO TRAILER PARKING AT THE CONDO.

Why the Owner Chose The Moorings: We love Orange Beach, AL. It is the Ft. Lauderdale of north Florida. There are canals through out most of our neighborhoods and fishing abounds in shore and off shore. If you enjoy boating and Beaches this is a wonderful place to live and visit.
Our restaurants and our entertainment are second none. The Wharf is only 5 miles up the road. It has headline concerts, theaters, tons of shops and restaurants. It seems that Orange beach has more restaurants per resident than any other place in America. Every variety of food at every price level is available in Orange Beach. Of course the 30 or so sea food restaurants are the most popular.
Last but not least, our beautiful beaches. There is more unspoiled beaches in Orange Beach than you could get to in a month. Our white quartz sand is so clean that it squeaks when you walk on it.
Finally, Pensacola and Naval Air Station is only a ½ hour away. The Naval Aviation Museum is the finest in the country. (It’s great for a rainy day at the beach)

The Unique Benefits at this Condo: This is a low density condo that is surrounded by activity yet it is church mouse quite at night. The pool is 1st class. The marina is active. There are very few renters in this complex.
The lights of the bay and the live music that permeates that air in early evenings from the restaurants patio deck next door makes this a beach vacation to remember.
