The huge bunkroom/entertainment room downstairs is full of windows on three walls, has 2 Twin beds and a couch that opens into a Full size bed, french doors leading outside to a patio area with Andirondaks, hammock and a swing.
The outdoor adventurist will be in heaven with the private hiking trail on the property down to the trout stream (about an 8 minute hike) and around the development. You can also drive right down to the trout stream just outside the development. The home is on 4 private acres and you will see lots of wildlife in the development, like deer, wild turkey, grouse, many types of birds, rabbits and many more.
Golfing is only 4 miles away at The Ridges or Brasstown Valley. Fishing is right at your finger tips on our property in the Tusquittee Trout Stream, or a 10 minute drive to Lake Chatuge, where you can enjoy boating, skiing, tubing, fishing and more. White water rafting is only 35 minutes away for experienced or novice rafters on the Nantahala or Ocoee River. Many waterfalls are in the area along with wonderful hiking trails.
