Wait until you see this one of a kind mountain home, it's the kind of place to relax and be swept away by the breathtaking views. Begin by crossing a covered bridge over the Tusquittee trout stream, up to the house with a long range view of about 300 miles, the serene valley below and the Nantahala National Forest. You will not believe the 360 view of the mountains from every window in the house and sounds of the trout stream below.
This house is great for family time, entertaining, romance, adventure and just escaping into nature, away from your usual routine. Perfect for curling up on the huge sectional sofa or rocking recliner in front of the fireplace, reading a book or watching a movie with surround sound.
Relax outside on the large covered A-frame deck in rocking chairs enjoying the view and the soothing sounds from the trout stream below as you breathe in the fresh mountain air.
The open floor plan with hardwood floors is great for hanging out with family and friends. Vaulted ceilings enhance a large greatroom with many large windows, stone fireplace, huge sectional sofa and rocking recliner. If you're into cooking and entertaining or just preparing a simple breakfast you will love the fully equiped kitchen or cooking on the gas grill while enjoying the view.
The master bedroom upstairs has a Queen size bed with a view of the mountains and a private full bath. Downstairs is a large bedroom with a Queen size bed, mountain view and private entrance into a full bathroom with 2 vanities. The huge bunkroom/entertainment room downstairs is full of windows on three walls, has 2 Twin beds and a couch that opens into a Full size bed, french doors leading outside to a patio area with Andirondaks, hammock and a swing.
The outdoor adventurist will be in heaven with the private hiking trail on the property down to the trout stream (about a 10 minute hike) and around the development. You can also drive right down to the trout stream just outside the development. The home is on 4 private acres and you will see lots of wildlife in the development, like deer, wild turkey, grouse, many types of birds, rabbits and many more.
Golfing is only 4 miles away at The Ridges or Brasstown Valley. Fishing is right at your finger tips on our property in the Tusquittee Trout Stream, or a 10 minute drive to Lake Chatuge, where you can enjoy boating, skiing, tubing, fishing and more. White water rafting is only 35 minutes away for experienced or novice rafters on the Nantahala or Ocoee River. Many waterfalls are in the area along with wonderful hiking trails.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
April 1 - Sept 30: $160/per night-$780/week-$2,250/month
Oct 1 - Nov 30: $170/per night-$830/week-$2,400/month
Dec 2 - March 31: $150/per night-$730/week-$2,100/month
The Cleaning Fee is already included in the rates! This makes a big difference!
A deposit, 1/2 of total rental fee, is required to hold your reservation.
A refundable security deposit of $250 is due 10 days prior to arrival.
Sheets for the beds: You can bring your own bed sheets or use the sheets
provided there and pay a $20 fee to have them laundered.

The Lord led us to this piece of heaven. We saw deer everyday, so many birds (new ones to add to our bird lists), rabbits, turkeys, etc. We went everywhere like, Lake Chatuge, tubing in Helen, rafting at NOC, the Georgia Mountain Fair, gem mining in Franklin, and of coarse fishing in your trout stream. We all enjoyed spending Father's Day weekend at your mountain home. It is beautifully done with a wonderful relaxing view. We had a campfire our first night and roasted marshmellows. Thank you so much for the use of your lovely cabin. This our 20th year summering in the Hayesville area and your cabin is one of the most relaxing and comfortable. Over the years we have visited most of the sights in the area, but discovered a waterfall (found in your waterfall book) that we had never hiked before. The Rufus Morgan in the Wayah Bald area. Gorgeous! Dukes Creek falls in Georgia is also a must see, near Helen. Stop for a Mocha frapachino at Doodles in Helen afterwrds. We also had a wonderful dinner at the Brasstown Valley Resort this time the pecan crusted trout is to die for! While here our good friend was celebrating her 50th birthday. We had a specail treat and had a "girls day out" at the Groul Park Inn and Spa in Asheville. The spa area is incredibaly relaxing and unique and the spa treatments completly blissful. We enjoyed her birthday! Even though we were so relaxed we could barley even speak, we stopped for a drink at Wild Firein Wacenesville, which was very good. Perhaps most enjoyable was rocking on your back porch contemplating the lovley Julie Mountains and the Tusquittee Valley and all of the beauty of its land. We never grew tired of it.
