This second-floor condominium has two large and airy Master Bedroom Suites with en-suite bathrooms. Both bedroom suites have king-sized beds, and lots of closet and cupboard space. The living area is an open plan with a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living room.
The balcony overlooks the pool and lovely gardens. There are very nice common areas (Barbecue, etc) and two separate pools to enjoy. This is a small gated complex of only 30 units with on-site management.
Within walking distance (the closest is only 10 minutes) are three beautiful beaches (Playa Principal, La Ropa and La Madera), and plenty of great restaurants and shops. Taxis and Buses are plentiful and inexpensive for trips to further points of interest. Within an hour's drive can be found some of the best surfing (Soladita nand Tracones) and diving/snorkeling in this area of Mexico. The Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa airport is only 30 minutes away.
Zihuatanejo, or Zihuan, as the locals like to call it, is a very friendly and laid-back city. But, if you are into a bit more action, Ixtapa is just a short distance away (20 minutes by car or taxi), with all of the amenities of a world-class resort. Also, the deep-sea fishing out of Zihuan is rumored to be excellent.
