This elegant, newer home is located on the corner of Sea Pines Drive and Woodbine (address is 3 Woodbine Drive)..... just one block away from Hilton Head's famous "Gold Coast", and a short 5 minute walk to the beach. It enjoys one of the largest lots in Sea Pines, and has a lagoon view on two sides of the property. Lots of privacy, lots of room.
From the moment you open the front door, you are greeted with 14-foot ceilings, beautiful moldings, and rich Brazilian Cherry floors in all of the common areas. Plop down onto one of the custom sofas... with down cushions. Open the French mahogany armoire in the family room, and enjoy your favorite movie on the big-screen TV. This home has been described as "the most beautifully appointed home on the Sea Pines rental market."
There are five bedrooms, all with 12-foot ceilings. This includes two large master suites, each with its own huge granite-topped private bath. There are three kings, one queen, and two twins. Four of the five bedrooms have TV/DVDs. The bedrooms are all quite large, and furnished with top-of-the-line pillow topped mattresses and plump feather pillows. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. Because of the large lot, the home has been designed with all the rooms on the same floor. No more stairs once you enter the front door.
The gourmet kitchen is complete with granite countertops, breakfast bar, and gas cook-top. If you really MUST work, we have provided high-speed wireless internet connection. Meals can be enjoyed in the formal dining room, or in the spacious kitchen which opens to the family room.
Because the property is so large, you can enjoy real privacy during your stay. Having the water on two sides of the home allows our yard to be home to many egrets, herons, and beautiful birds which everyone enjoys watching. The large windows on the rear of the house allow great views while sipping your coffee at the kitchen table, or from the back deck.
The outdoor dining area on the deck includes a brand new commercial-grade gas grill, outdoor umbrellas and an extra-large table with comfy chairs with cushions. You will enjoy the private pool and spa, just down the stairs from the back deck in the rear yard.
We have spared no expense in making this home a real showplace, and one you are sure to enjoy. The location makes it a FIVE MINUTE walk to the beach (yes, really!) or a three-wood to the Plantation Club and the first tees of the Ocean and Sea Marsh Golf Courses. A group of old friends gathered in Hilton Head to celebrate a BIG birthday for 4 of the husbands! Your large, well appointed home provided the perfect setting. It is fabulous, even better than the web site photos! The many nearby golf courses challenged the guys.Some of us hiked bike trails, the preserve and the lovely beaches. Others relaxed in the pool or spa. We especially enjoyed the camaraderie of gourmet meals prepared in your well equipped kitchen and consumed in the beautiful dining room, and the lively discussions during cocktails in the den or on the deck. And, if one needed privacy, the large bedroom suites provided ample opportunity. We really hated to leave....and hope to return someday soon. Chuck and Anita, you are grand hosts who do everything you can to make your guests comfortable!

This home is WONDERFUL. It exceeded even our highest expectations. We were a group of 8 women enjoying a girl's tennis trip. Among us we had interior designers and multiple Atlanta Home Show home owners and we were all SO IMPRESSED with this house. It was PERFECT for a girl's trip with more than enough room for 8 of us. Really we could have included two more on the trip. Chuch and Anita are so nice to work with and we just can't say enough good about this house. I know it will impress you too! Book it, you'll be glad you did!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful Sea Pines home. The floor plan was perfect for our group (Three families of 4). All the adults/couples had King beds which was great - and the babies "pack and plays" fit perfectly in 2 of the bedrooms closets. We enjoyed the private pool everyday. And we really loved the location of this home - very close to South Beach Marina (The Salty Dog Cafe), Harbour Town and many other special spots in Sea Pines ... The Martter's (Marietta, GA), The Dunphy's (Charlotte, NC) The Smith's (Charlotte, NC)

This is a wonderful house in Sea Pines. We had 5 kids in the house and plenty of room for everyone. Very private lot in Sea Pines, not many of those. Good location in the middle of things like Harbourtown, the beach, and Salty Dog. Wonderful owners, very nice. Lovely home, we wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

We had the pleasure of staying in this "special home" It was everything you would want in a rental property and much more! The house was beautifully furnished, with not a detailed missed. The pool and spa in the back yard was a treat for the kids to come home to after a long day on the beach! We enjoyed biking riding all over the island as this house is so convenient to everything. The trolley pick up is also within short walking distance. With three active kids, location is everything to us and this house was perfect!! It was a great vacation and we would go back in a heart beat!!!
