Roomy and bright cottage located at 17 KELLEY'S POND ROAD in a quiet residential neighborhood an 11 minute walk from the oceanfront swings and snack bar at West Dennis Beach. The snack bar has bathrooms, showers and changing rooms, as well as offering everything from Italian ices to cheeseburger platters.
The cottage features a front-to-back living room with cathedral ceiling and fireplace. Three bedrooms (queen, queen, two twins), one bath. Screened three-season room, eat-in kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, cable, color TV, VCR and DVD, stereo, microwave. toaster oven, coffee pot, iron, vacuum, clothesline, washer/dryer, four fans, high chair, charcoal grill, five lawn chairs, three beach chairs, and a picnic table.
Family friendly with high chairs and portacrib at cottage. Additional equipment available at no charge (changing table, diaper genie, etc.)please let us know your needs.
Occupancy permit for six people, including children. NO PETS, NO SMOKING. Parking for two cars permitted. Tenant to bring beach towels, bath towels, sheets, and pillow cases. Pillows, mattress pads, blankets, and bedspreads provided.

I spent summers as a child about a quarter mile from where our rental property is located (Captain Keavy Way)on the "fingers". When we were able to buy this property, my wife and I jumped at the opportunity.

This quiet neighborhood is virtually unchanged from the time I first visited it in 1963. Nestled between Kelley's Pond, Bass River, and the West Dennis Beach, this area filled with well-kept cottages, pine trees, sea roses and hydrangeas is still the closest place to heaven that I have ever been. Long time visitors have the extra company of years of happy memories, while new visitors have the pleasure of creating their own family stories. While it is convenient to the shopping and amenities of nearby Route 28, I prefer to stay in the quiet residential area, walk to the beach and leave the car in the driveway for most of the week. This property is cozy and clean, with a nice large living room and a breezy screened porch. I would recommend it, particularly for families with small children.

We enjoyed a wonderful week staying at this cottage! it was an easy walk to beach. Other sightseeing was within walking distance as well. Cottage was darling with everything you need. Nice to have laundry. It was a great area and a great cottage!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We have been renting this cottage for 4 years now.. It is spacious, clean and the beds are very comfortable. It is located in a quite and safe residential area (we love taking walks in the evening) yet close to everything (beach, restaurants, gifts shops, etc). The owners (Jonathan and Maria) are just great people who want you to enjoy your time there and will make you comfortable. It has become our home away from home.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
