Our recent remodel has left our “Bit O'Heaven” perfect for your family vacation. New to the rental market, “Bit O'Heaven” is situated on the Sandpiper Lake overlooking the Bay and Links golf course in the distance. A lovely 2 bedroom + Den, 3 bath, 2 story villa located in Sandpiper Village inside Sandestin Resort; we hope to offer you everything you need for a perfect trip to the beach.
"Bit O'Heaven" offers a king bedded master with a balcony overlooking the lake, a twin bedded second bedroom with a lake view and a queen sofa sleeper in the downstairs den. Living room with lots of seating and a huge flat screen TV w/DVD. Large separate Den with lots more seating overlooks the lake, golf course and bay with a walk out to a patio w/ seating and a gas BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with seating for 6. TVs in both bedrooms and the den. Access to the Private Owner’s Beach - Complimentary Beach Set-ups & Beach Towels - 2 adult Bikes. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults per bedroom (6), NON SMOKING. Minimum rental age is 25.

A few years ago we discovered Sandpiper Village and fell in love with the Village and the people. We are delighted to be able to share our "Bit O'Heaven" with you and your family.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Centrally located inside Sandestin Resort, Sandpiper Village is close to everything. There is so much to see, do and eat right here you can stay a week and never have to leave property. However, the largest Designer Outlet Shopping Mall in the country is located directly next to the resort just in case you get bored. The golf courses are your backyard and the most incredible sugar sand beach in the world is just minutes away.
