This large (1370 square feet) beachfront condominium is a vacationer's delight, with mesmerizing view of the gulf and entire Panama City Beach shoreline from the balcony running from master bedroom to living area from the 22nd floor. Wireless internet allows you to catch up on e-mail/work while gazing at the ocean.
Master bedroom overlooks gulf, and includes king-size bed, LCD TV, and huge attached bath (including dual massage shower), and walk-in closet. Guest bedroom includes queen-size bed, LCD TV, and entry to second bath. Additional bunk area off living area sleeps two.
Main living area includes sleeper sofa, separate eating area off full-size kitchen. LCD TV with cable/HBO, DVD/CD player, and stereo. Living area opens to 30-foot by nine-foot balcony overlooking Olympic-size pool, children's pool, and wide gulf beaches. Ceramic tile throughout living area with carpeting in both bedrooms. Full kitchen including dishwasher, oven, microwave, and complete appliances, utensils, cutlery, dishes. Washer/dryer and ironing board included. Wireless broadband internet is available free of charge.
Condominium includes assigned covered parking with walkover to high speed elevators, fitness center overlooking pool area and gulf, heated pool, gazebo and kiddie pool, large pool deck with chairs provided, game room, and over 400 feet of beach. Spring/summer seasons include jet ski/banana boat rental in front of unit.
Treasure Island is located on East End of Thomas Drive near marina and Saint Andrews State Park.
Maid service following check out. No smoking or pets are allowed in unit. Renters must be 25 years or older.

This condo is fantastic. It is very large for a 2 bedroom, and the floorplan is open, which we like. The shower in the master bedroom is awesome - it has a shower head in front and behind you. I now want to add this feature to my home bath. Very clean updated condo with all the necessities. The only complaint, which is no fault of this particular unit, is the elevator system at this resort. It was terrible at times - we'd wait ten minutes or more for an elevator, and the elevators are in an un-airconditioned hallway, so we sweated to death while we waited, and the elevators were extremely hot as well. As the other review indicated, this resort has restaurants on each side as well as those little beach stores all within walking distance so that was nice too. Very close to St. Andrews park and the pier. Overall - FANTASTIC! If returning to PCB, I'd stay in this unit again before any others.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

I just got back form my stay here. We had 3 adults and 4 children . There was plenty of room for all of us. It was just beautiful. The nicest condo I have ever stayed in. The beach and pool was close by and easy access to both. We could not have enjoyed our stay more. I would recomend staying here to any one. There is 3 reasturants with in walking distance and souviner shops for the kids. It isnt very far to the Bay if you are planning on going to Shell Island or to rent a boat.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
