A 5 minute walk to the amazing 12,000 square foot pool. It's a pleasant walk to the private deeded beach or shuttles from the Seacrest subdivision are available to pick you up at the cottage and return your family when you're ready. It's less than a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants.
The main floor has a full kitchen with island and dinning table for four, two leather sofas and entertainment center with TV/DVD. The main floor bedroom has a king bed and full bath with entertainment unit and TV. The top floor has a bedroom with a queen bed and entertainment unit with TV and a full bathroom with shower. The top floor also has a full laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. This carriage house has over 1150 square feet of air conditioned space.
