My family has been coming to The Beaches of South Walton for 20 years. We've been moving east down the beach for 8 years and have finally found our paradise at Inlet Beach.
Why the Owner Chose Inlet Beach
Inlet Beach is quiet and without traffic when traveling to PCB for great outdoor shopping or dining. Rosemary and Alys Beach are just next door with great boutique shopping and wonderful dining. Of course the beach is the main attraction, peaceful and quiet with a family feel.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
This townhouse is our beach retreat but we want each guest to feel like they are coming to their personal beach house for memorable times. One of the best benefits is how close our house is to the beach. It is the main reason we bought the property. The views and proximity to sand and water can not be beat. We are as close as you can get to beachfront without beachfront rates

We had a wonderful stay at this property over July 4th. Great unit, beautifully decorated and comfortable, and less than 60 seconds from the sand. The beach was immaculate-- saw no signs of oil or tar, water was the gorgeous light green this area is famous for. Owner was great to work with. Would definitely rent this property again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Just want to tell you what a fabulous time we had in your townhouse! We loved the location-remote but near everything. The beach was wonderful and so convenient. We never had to haul everything out-just our chairs, a book and a beverage-because we could easily walk back to the condo for anything else. The beach was un-crowded and the water was crystal clear and warm enough to swim. We took kayaks to Camp Helen one day and paddled around the lake. We also spent a day at Seaside, had the best seat overlooking the water at Bud & Alley's, and enjoyed an outdoor concert at Alys Beach. Our runner loved the sidewalks and paved paths along 30-A. To top it off, our beds were extremely comfortable, and we loved the décor you have chosen. The added bonus was that the views from both balconies were fantastic even though the unit is not gulf-front. I am sure that I will return, and several of my friends are planning beach trips and hope to be able to stay here as well.
