Designed to reflect the ambience of Denia’s Raisin Baron era this luxurious, three bedroom, three bathroom villa makes an impressive statement. The large master bedroom is elegantly appointed with rich fabrics and period antiques and has a romantic Roman style en-suite bath. The private balcony commands a spectacular view of the Mediterranean and former raisin terraces where guests can sip evening cocktails. The other two vaulted ceiling bedrooms are equally spacious, one twin bedded with en-suite shower room and one double with large en-suite bath. All bedrooms have a sea and poolside views.
A grand baronial fireplace is the focal point of the comfortable lounge area. A separate circular dining room with seating for eight leads on to a stylish, fully fitted American style kitchen. A silk draped veranda with table and chairs overlooks the Roman ended swimming pool and lounge area. To one side is a large built in barbecue area. Privacy is secured by a hand hewn natural stonewall.
The villa is located one and a half kilometers from the nearest Blue Flag beach and two kilometers from the historic town centre and Denia Marina. A full-time gardener impeccably grooms the lush tropical grounds spread over four walled terraces. The pool is professionally maintained weekly. A gated car terrace provides secure off road parking. Now with the advent of the 2007 America's Cup in nearby Valencia (90 kilometers), the world class Denia Marina is coming to the forefront with numerous offshore races viewable.
Having its own fishing fleet, Denia is noted for its fine seafood restaurants and steak houses. The property is sadly not suitable for wheelchair visitors. The quaint popular town of Javea is ten minutes drive over the scenic Montgo Mountain. Denia is noted for having the most festivals in Spain. A complete festival chart will be provided.
Cheap airlines' flight prices are significantly higher at weekends. Consequently, some of our guests, particularly those returning for a second or third time, request midweek to midweek rentals. As we want the best holiday for everyone we can be flexible!! Key holder available to greet guests up to 8pm. Ask for special prices for long term winter rentals.
25% non-refundable deposit is payable upon reservation with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Should you need to cancel once the final payment has been made we will re-list the property and ONLY if it has been re-let will we refund this portion. Included with the final payment must be a refundable Damage Deposit of 450 euros. This will be refunded within 10 days after property inspection.
Before and after the rental period the villa & all linens are professionally cleaned. The charge for this is 100 euros for 2 people, 125 euros for 4 people and 150 euros for 6 people. Check out time 10 AM to allow time for cleaning. Check in time is 4PM. Should your flight arrive early in the day we will try to accommodate you but the cleaning team may still be working!
Renters are responsible for organising their own personal travel insurance to cover cancellation, injury, loss, damage etc. Renters cannot relet/sublet the villa to any other party. Any extra days to weekly hires are charged pro-rata prevailing weekly rates.
