Have you ever been pleasantly surprised to find something that you didn't expect? This house is one of those finds. We are centrally located to most all areas of attraction in Southern California (beaches, Disney, Los Angeles, San Diego, etc.). At the same time, you will be staying in a quiet residential neighborhood away from the hotel row.
The Non-Smoking house is beautifully furnished as you would find in a quality Bed and Breakfast. The owners have also taken pride in very comfortable outside living space in patio,approximately 30 rose bushes, tropical landscaping, fruit trees in beautiful back yard.
2010 update! Patio living space addition. New BBQ island with granite counter top, wicker style sofa which seats about 10, outside dining table and chairs, custom italian fountain. We also had inside major remodeling facelift in early 2007. Result,new kitchen, 3 new bed rooms,2 new bathrooms! All we ask is please have fun, but respect our hard work. We put our heart into it for your enjoyment!

Note: My husband Jon, baby boy Jack and I live in separate guest house on the property. We are busy, so you might not see us that often during your stay. But we are there and very friendly, so we will be very happy to help you with any question you might have during your stay!

We have private back yard for family / group of friends to enjoy. 1500 sqft back yard, 450 sqft patio with granite counter BBQ island, gazebo, rose garden etc.
Also the location of this house is excellent for the travelers with many different purpose. We are right in between of Disneyland and beautiful beachs, about 7 miles away to each location.

Hi, my name is Jon. I have lived in Orange County all my life. I purchased this house I grew up in from my dad in 1986. Since I’m a general contractor, over these last 20 years, I’ve made dramatic upgrades to the house. For the last 10 years, my wife Miki and I have offered this home as a vacation rental property. We were the one of the first in Orange County to do this. We realize now there are many options for vacation rental home. This was me and my family's first vacation home experience. This was in a great location for where we needed to be (fountain valley, santa ana, anaheim, orange, costa mesa). Owner was very accomodating to my specific requests. Everything was as described. Property was clean indoors and outdoors. Flowers in front were beautiful and smelled great. There was a nice grill outside that we never got the chance of using, but we did use the patio area outside. Having two 3/4 baths was also extra helpful for our group. The owners do live on site, which is a little strange at first, but not much of a big deal as we really didn't see them at all during our stay. Not the biggest of homes, but it completely met our needs. If you have more than 2 cars, parking becomes an issue as driveway is small and if you park in the street, you have to move it by a certain time period/day for street cleaning. Overall, highly recommended place and would stay again.

Thank you for the use of your house. It suited our needs perfectly for our stay in So. Cal. The spacious room was great for 3 "teenagers". We are sorry we didn't get to use the backyard and patio areas as they are beautiful. We definitely would consider doing this again for a larger group. This house was perfect for our family vacation! The house lives up to its pictures and is in a great location/ neighborhood. The patio was great for BBQ'ing and hanging out. Disneyland was about a 10 minute drive which made it easy to come home for our kids naps. Miki and Jon- You guys were great hosts! Miki & Jon: Thanks so much for letting us use your home for our vacation, we were all very comfortable and able to relax after a long day at Disneyland. My husband and I were there with two of our grandchildren taking them to Disneyland and Legoland, we also needed to have a caregiver to help take care of my husband. My husband is in a wheelchair and the house was very easy for him to move around in, and we were even able to get him through the door to the master bathroom. Miki was very helpful in getting us additional information about attractions in the area, she was also great in working with us to have some medical equipment delivered and picked up for my husband. The house was a little smaller than I thought, but found it to be laid out very well and very comfortable for the three adults and two children. The areas they have redone are absolutely beautiful, and they have used upgraded appliances in the kitchen. The backyard is beautiful, I wanted to find a way to take it with us, but could not figure out how it get it on the plane. My biggest regret was that because of the hours we spent at Disneyland we were not able to enjoy the backyard the way I would have liked to.
