Have you ever been pleasantly surprised to "find" something that you didn't expect? This house is one of those finds. We are centrally located to most all areas of attraction in Southern California (beaches, Disney, Los Angeles, San Diego, etc.). At the same time, you will be staying in a quiet residential neighborhood away from the hotel row.
The Non-Smoking house is beautifully furnished as you would find in a quality Bed and Breakfast. The owners have also taken pride in the wonderful garden areas of the front and back yards. It features approximately 30 rose bushes, tropical landscaping, fruit trees, and dining patio.
So when you are ready for your Southern California vacation experience, we suggest getting a real feel for life here by staying with us in our vacation rental home!
2008 update! Back yard living space addition. New BBQ island with granite counter top, new patio dining table and chairs, custom italian fountain. We also had inside major remodeling facelift in early 2007. Result, Brand new kitchen, 3 new bed rooms,2 new bathrooms! All we ask is please have fun, but respect our hard work. We put our heart into it for your enjoyment! Thank you.
Note:We have guest house in the back. My husband Jon and I are living there. We are busy, so you might not see us that often during your stay. But we are there and very friendly, so we will be very happy to help you during your stay!
Rooms:
3 bed rooms, 2 bath rooms, Kitchen, Dining, Living, Den.
Bedding Arrangement:
1 King bed in master bed room, 1 Queen and 1 Single beds in 2nd bed room, and 1 Queen bed in 3rd bed room.
We also have sofa bed in living room, couch in den.
Cancellation Policy:
A 50% deposit is required for a confirmed reservation. When cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival date, the deposit can not be refunded, unless your time can be rebooked. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival date will forfit deposit and be charged half of remaining balance, The 50% remaining balance will be refunded if your time can be rebooked.
We cannot refund room nights for early departures. No shows will be charged for the entire stay. Payment in full is due at check-in. We accept checks and cash. (For credit card payment, add 3 % per transaction. )

We have private back yard for family / group of friends to enjoy. 1500 sqft back yard, 450 sqft patio with granite counter BBQ island, gazebo, rose garden etc.
Also the location of this house is excellent for the travelers with many different purpose. We are right in between of Disneyland and beautiful beachs, about 7 miles away to each location.

Hi, my name is Jon. I have lived in Orange County all my life. I purchased this house I grew up in from my dad in 1986. Since I’m a general contractor, over these last 20 years, I’ve made dramatic upgrades to the house. For the last 10 years, my wife Miki and I have offered this home as a vacation rental property. 12/30/06 to 1/6/07 What a wonderful experience!! We have a large family ( plus Grandma & Grandpa) and we have always stayed in hotels where we were very cramped! It was so nice to have all the luxuries of home with lots of space!! The best part was the comfortable beds!! That is one thing you usually have to sacrifice when on vacation. We will definitely be back and will recommend this place to everyone!! Thank you for making our stay so much like home !! Miki and Jon were great too!!
