We rented this property for Easter weekend for my whole family. My father is the PICKIEST person when it comes to hotels, etc. After we woke up our 1st morning, my father said "perfect" about a dozen times when he was describing the house. I have never heard him say that and we have stayed at hundreds of places. We had different activities planned for the weekend but we dropped them all because all we wanted to do was stay at this home and take advantage of the beautiful home, garden, and custom made barbeque island. This place is a must-rent.

This house was perfect for our family vacation! The house lives up to its pictures and is in a great location/ neighborhood. The patio was great for BBQ'ing and hanging out. Disneyland was about a 10 minute drive which made it easy to come home for our kids naps. Miki and Jon- You guys were great hosts! Miki & Jon: Thanks so much for letting us use your home for our vacation, we were all very comfortable and able to relax after a long day at Disneyland. My husband and I were there with two of our grandchildren taking them to Disneyland and Legoland, we also needed to have a caregiver to help take care of my husband. My husband is in a wheelchair and the house was very easy for him to move around in, and we were even able to get him through the door to the master bathroom. Miki was very helpful in getting us additional information about attractions in the area, she was also great in working with us to have some medical equipment delivered and picked up for my husband. The house was a little smaller than I thought, but found it to be laid out very well and very comfortable for the three adults and two children. The areas they have redone are absolutely beautiful, and they have used upgraded appliances in the kitchen. The backyard is beautiful, I wanted to find a way to take it with us, but could not figure out how it get it on the plane. My biggest regret was that because of the hours we spent at Disneyland we were not able to enjoy the backyard the way I would have liked to. Our extended family of 4 adults and one toddler had a WONDERFUL stay at this well appointed vacation home. We could easily have accommodated 2-3 more adults comfortably. The living areas, kitchen, family room, living room and yard are all spacious and very homey. The owners, Miki and Jon, were so helpful friendly, too! This was me and my family's first vacation home experience. This was in a great location for where we needed to be (fountain valley, santa ana, anaheim, orange, costa mesa). Owner was very accomodating to my specific requests. Everything was as described. Property was clean indoors and outdoors. Flowers in front were beautiful and smelled great. There was a nice grill outside that we never got the chance of using, but we did use the patio area outside. Having two 3/4 baths was also extra helpful for our group. The owners do live on site, which is a little strange at first, but not much of a big deal as we really didn't see them at all during our stay. Not the biggest of homes, but it completely met our needs. If you have more than 2 cars, parking becomes an issue as driveway is small and if you park in the street, you have to move it by a certain time period/day for street cleaning. Overall, highly recommended place and would stay again.

Dear Jon and Miki, Thank you so much for having us at your wonderful vacation home. Everything is exactly as described in the listing. Better yet, we found a couple of surprises: Reverse Osmosis water filtration system (I drank at least 8 glasses of water everyday from your refrigerator's water dispenser, the water quality was great). I could tell that the shower water was also softened. The home was clean and spotless. I love all of the ceiling fans, especially the one in the master bedroom. I kept the fan on at night at the lowest speed to circulate air in the room and boy, I had a very nice sleep every night. The microwave was very nice and gentle with heating up foods. Since we packed light, big thanks to the convenient and high quality washer and dryer, we were able to do our laundry during our stay. Your home has plenty of space for everyone in our group to spread out. The backyard was amazing. Lush plants, nice grass, beautiful rose garden, peaceful patio with gorgeous outdoor furniture, lighting and deco. I was drooling over the nice BBQ grill set up but didn't get a chance to cook up some steaks. Love the water fountain and the swing chair under the gazebo. Another best-kept-secret about your home is location, location, location. It was convenient to everything. Half a block from the famous and beautiful Mile Square Regional Park with tons of activities and fitness features. This home is pretty much within the vicinity of the largest Vietnamese community. I actually walked from the home to Bolsa to enjoy all of the restaurants and shops that Little Saigon had to offer. Driving to anywhere else in Orange County was pretty much less than 15 minutes. What truly topped all these were your warm and friendly hospitality. We felt very welcome and blessed. I enjoyed every conversation that we had and thank you so much for the meaningful gift that you gave when we departed. I highly recommend this lovely vacation home to anyone who wants nothing less than perfection. We can't wait to come back, and hopefully we can stay longer next time.
