This beautifully furnished, second-story Veranda overlooks nature preserve and the 16 Fairway. It features 1300 square feet with a screen Lanai and Veranda. This tastefully decorated unit offers lots of Florida's natural sunlight. The Master Suite features a private bath with large shower, his and her walk-in closets and private lanai entrance. The guest bedroom has twin beds and another bath with shower/tub. For dining, you can enjoy an area in the kitchen,a screened veranda or a formal dining area. There are Cable TV's located in the living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom.
Naples Heritage is a premier gated and guarded golf and tennis community. It is a 550 acre development offering an immaculately manicured 18-hole Par-72 golf course redone in 2005. The course features an aqua driving range, a putting, chipping practice green, and a complete pro shop. There are four pools (one pool is less about 50 feet from our condo), a hot tub, sauna, tennis courts and fitness center with professional trainer. The clubhouse offers formal and casual dining.
