Open, bright, freshly painted and decorated golf community home located on a quiet street with no thru traffic. The den has two sliders to the lanai with pool backing to 11th fairway. There is an eating area off the kitchen which also looks out on the lanai.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed with full bath, two closets (one is a walk-in). The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and large closet. The kitchen is fully equipped, but there are numerous restaurants nearby. This home is ready for your special time to relax. It is fully supplied with linens, towels. Just open the door and jump in the pool! There are laundry facilities near the den.
Rotunda West is a prime residential and vacation area of the Gulf Coast. This home is situated near golf courses, beautiful beaches and islands. Rotunda West is easy access from the major airports of Sarasota (50 minutes), Ft. Myers (60 minutes) Tampa (90 minutes). It is also very close to shopping, supermarkets, malls, beautiful beaches, fishing and boating. Close by, there are fishing charters that will take you to the Gulf of Mexico or you can rent your own boat!
