The property is located in a quiet residential area minutes away by foot from the Grand Pavilion, Tennis Courts,Gym and the new Wild Dunes Village with shops and restaurants in the gated community of Wild Dunes (Isle of Palms, SC), approximately 500ft walking distance to the beach. Two golf courses and a nationally recognized Tennis Center is also close by.
On the first floor this home features a master bedroom suite with a king size bed and sitting area. The bath has a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The suite also features a large walk in closet and has direct access to the deck overlooking the swimming pool.
The cathedral ceiling in the living room with the staircase leading to the balcony overlooking the living room and leading to the upstairs, invites the whole family for a get together after an exhausting day at the beach.
