We are planning to rent out our home, while we are spending the summer in Europe with friends and Family. The house is located in the Hills of Bel Air, four minutes off Sunset Blvd. It has 3 bedrooms and 31/2 bath. There is a fully equipped kitchen, washer Dryer, 60 inch Flat screen TV, a Grand Piano, as well as a Jet Tub in the bathroom. We have high ceilings and hardwoodfloor almost throughout the house as well as high end Italien designer Furniture.
The kitchen, the vast living room as well as the bedroom lead directly to the huge Patio and a small green yard.
There is also a nice front yard, for kids to play. We live in a very quiet street (cul de sac.)
The view is extraordinary: You can see the Bel Air canyons as well as Downtown L.A. in the distance. On a clear winter day we can even spot the snow covered mountains.
Since this is our home we are looking for nice and respectful renters.
