This is a large, Non-Smoking, 3500 square foot, older beach house. Alligator Point is one of the least "touristy", quietest, out of the way places on the Florida Coast.
The home sits on a one acre private lot with 220 feet of water frontage, 110 feet on the Gulf of Mexico and 110 feet on Alligator Harbor; this is a unique Gulf to Bay setting! It is mostly on one floor about 8 feet off the ground. However there is a separate 1 bedroom, 1 bath suite at the ground floor level. There are no condos, motels, or beach bars on Alligator Point, just single family homes like this one, and not many homes that are not waterfront. It is three miles to the nearest public beach access so you will have the beach to yourselves.

We rent Saturday to Saturday only.
