The cabin was very nice and we had a blast going back in time we even played around and dressed the part just so we would have some pictures of how things used to be the kids wore overralls and so did the husband I just wore a blue jean dress for pictures the kids enjoyed it and so did we we had 5 in the cabin so was a little crowded but we did create some memories I would recommend this cabin to anyone who needs to just get away well worth the price and we will definately do again.

The cabin was just perfect. It has everything that you could need already there except your food , clothes and you. Great private place and decorated perfectly for its style. We could'nt have been more pleased and hope to return real soon. Lisa and Danny Watson

Wonderful, peaceful, rustic, little cabin with warmth, character, and history. Private, yet, as a woman staying alone, I felt very safe. Captured a beautiful sunset with my camera phone! Plan to return in late summer/early fall for a 'fill-up on my tank of well-being'. And the nearby town of Pell City is a neat place, too!

I have visited this cabin many times and have nothing but praise for the area. The lake is at your door. Sitting on the porch is quiet, but the lake can add a certain amount of charm. A great get away place. A weekend is like a week of vacation.
