Fully air-conditioned/heated, linens provided, washer/dryer available. No pets and no smoking. We have stayed at this particular condo for the past 4 years and are planning another trip this summer (2011). Plenty of room for sleeping, and the bath and a half make it ideal for larger groups. The great thing about this unit is the pool is just steps away from the door but yet its not directly in front of the pool so that you can open the curtains and enjoy the outside without feeling like your on display. The great thing about Santa Rosa is that the beaches are rarely crowded. Sometimes it is as if you have your own peice of private paradise. We have stayed in Destin (Beaches TOO crowded), and we have stayed in two others units in this complex that never compared to this unit. Shopping, restaurants, and state parks just minutes away. Just do it...you wont regret your visit. The owner, Mrs. Hazel, is a great lady to work with, and she will accommodate you the best she can.

We just returned from our 5th visit to this beautiful condo. It is clean, well maintained and provides an extremely comfortable place to relax. It is extremely helpful having the extra 1/2 bathroom. We love being on the ground floor as it is extremely easy to get in and out, no stairs! The laundry facilities are very convenient. Hazel and Tony are wonderful host's and we'll be coming back for many more years. PS The beach and ocean are beautiful in Santa Rosa Beach.

We just returned from a week at Santa Rosa Beach and stayed in Tony and Hazel's nice unit. We've been staying at Gulf Place off and on now for 14 years. It's a beautiful development at our favorite beach. As a 61-year-old retiree I was glad we didn't have to climb stairs or use the elevator. The unit is bright and clean with sliding glass doors facing the pool and beach, and access from the parking lot side. A widescreen TV with built-in DVD player is in the living room. We took our own DVDs and had a good time several nights that way. The kitchen is well-equipped and has granite counter tops. The master bedroom and attached bath are comfortable and well-lit. Two bunks in the hall with a half-bath, and a hide-a-bed in the living room finish out the accommodations. Ceiling fans in the living room and the bedroom add to the comfort. Our only remaining child at home is our 20-year-old college son, and he wasn't going to miss a shot at a beach trip. He had a great time too. This unit provides a great base for a visit to Santa Rosa Beach.

This condo is very updated and kept in immaculate shape. The owners (Hazel & Tony) were a real treat to work with. The condo is very well equipped and comfortable. We will definitely be back!
