OCEAN HARBOR - OCEANVIEW RENTAL - This condominium is in a newer mid-rise building in Wildwood Crest on the corner of Farragut and Atlantic Avenues. Located in the beach block of Wildwood Crest this 3 bedroom, 2-bath condo is just like staying at a top-notch resort. Enjoy ocean views from the living room and balcony. You can also enjoy beautiful sunsets, and bay views from the living room, dining room, balcony, master bedroom and guest bedroom. Upon entering this unit you will think you have been transported to Old Key West. The living room, dining room and master bedroom contain dark wicker and cherry furnishings with many tropical accents. The guest bedroom is furnished in whitewashed wicker and tropical touches. The kid’s bedroom is a child’s ocean fantasy. Decorated with 2 sets of bunk beds, and many dolphin and sea life accents. And to top it off, a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances, gadgets, and comforts of home. Each bedroom has it’s own TV as well as DVD players in the master and guest bedrooms. The living room has a large TV with a DVD and VCR. There is also a stereo for your listening pleasure. The balcony is also decorated with a tropical flair and carpet. There is a wicker loveseat and chairs along with a dining table and chairs, palm tree floor lamp and an electric grill. Tremendous sunsets will be yours from the ocean-view deck and you are just a short stroll to the wide Wildwood Crest beach. After relaxing by the pool or enjoying the surf, you will appreciate the comfort and amenities offered at Ocean Harbor. This unit is located on the 4th floor facing south. This side of the building is much quieter than the Farragut Ave. side of the building.
