Come enjoy this amazing "Up North" cabin on beautiful Lake Edward near Brainerd, Minnesota. Walk across the large, level lawn to the highlight of this property: the sandy beach and the clear, inviting water of Lake Edward. Build your sandcastles on the beach, sun yourself on the dock, or take a boat ride in the 16-foot aluminum Crestliner boat. This beach is perfect for swimming because of the sandy shore, level sandy lake bottom, and the weed-free water. It is also ideal for small children because there are no weeds or drop-offs.

This spacious split-entry lake home has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, 3-season porch and 3400 square feet of living space for you and your guests to enjoy. The master suite has its own master bath and walk-in closet. The fully equipped kitchen will give you the opportunity to enjoy a family dinner as you look out onto the lake. Western views provide a breathtaking view of the sunset over the lake from your windows--or better yet from the dock!

There are plenty of things to do on Lake Edward. Fishing is a popular activity and this lake is an excellent spot for catching walleyes, northerns, bass, crappies, and sunfish (just to name a few). Take out the 16-foot Crestliner aluminum boat (included with your rental, we supply oars but you must supply a motor, up to 35 HP, if you want one). Also available elsewhere on the lake are pontoon and motor boats that are available for rent to the public (we can help you get the necessary rental information but we do not rent the boats). Two canoes, with paddles, are provided for your private use and enjoyment. Campfire pit included with free wood.

Look to the nearby cities for other enjoyment. Pequot Lakes, Nisswa, Cross Lake, and Brainerd are within a 15-minute drive.

We will supply all of the bed linens but please bring your own kitchen, beach, and bath towels. Some life jackets and beach toys will also be provided for your use. THERE ARE NO PETS AND NO SMOKING ALLOWED!!! SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS. Our other guests, some with severe allergies or asthma, thank us for this rule.
