  Lovely villa and first impressions were great. Villa was very clean and well-maintained, even better than we expected. Location of villa is perfect. Close to all the theme parks. Visiting the theme parks is wonderful but also very tiring. We enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi especially after an exiting day in an theme park. Supermarket and the shopping malls are also very close. Communication with owner and management of villa was perfect. We have an enjoyable holiday and we can recommend this villa to everybody.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

  House was great, We went down to Orlando to get married from Calgary Alberta Canada, I had some extra request for the occasion that Janice and Becky went out of there way to help me with and it really made it a special arrival. House was great, pool was great and communication with Janice when we thought the pool wasn't working was awesome responses with in a hour of sending. Never used the games room and we all to busy in the pool with the little extra time we had. One issue we had was not enough hours in the day to do everything if Janice could fix this issue it would be 100% :) will return and will inquire about this property again.

  This was our second stay at this wonderful Villa. The house was exactly the same as our last visit two years ago, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Janice has added a new flat screen TV in the lounge, X-box 360 in the kids bedroom. Pool was amazing and hot tub was much needed after a day in the parks. Manny's chophouse still a must visit, and we had a fantastic air boat ride at Camp Mick's Airboat tours with Jim as our skipper. We cannot recommend this villa enough, the previous reviews say it all really, if your staying in / or near Orlando this villa is great accomodation. We hope to stay again in the future.   HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!!! This was the our first visit to America and we loved every minute of it. We loved coming home at night to the villa, which has everything you could think of you would need in a home and is beautifully decorated and super clean.The pool and the jacuzzi were prefect and a great thing to come home to at night after a long day out and about. The villa is about 15 mins by car from the main attraction i.e Disney and universal studios and sea world, prefect location, Walt mart 2 mins drive from house and restaurants near by. Janice (the owner) was amazing, any questions I had she would answer really quickly and even when I asked question about car hire and other bits and bobs, she would always answer and help in any way possible. Hoping to go again next year and take my parents, would recommend anyone who has a chance to book this villa to do it!!! thanks again Jillian and Andrew, Glasgow, Scotland

  We spent a relaxing week in this beautiful home. Upon our arrival we could not help but notice how well laid out and clean this home was. We had a party of 10 and there was room for everyone. Not only was there enough room, but we were all comfortable. The pool area was very well kept and clean. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils and kitchenware we needed for comfortable meals. All in all, it could not have been better. We are hoping to secure the same home on our next trip to the area!

  THE HOUSE WAS BEAUTIFUL IN EVERY WAY THE POOL IS VERY LARGE AND WITH 8 NO OF US ALL ADULTS WAS BIG ENOUGH TO HAVE A GOOD TIME. THE HOT TUBE WAS GOOD AND WE ALL HAD A GREAT TIME. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR LETTING US USE YOUR BEAUTIFUL HOME. RON AITKEN

  From the beginning, Janice was a pleasure to work with. The villa was clean, spacious & situated centrally to Legoland, Kissimmee as well as Orlando. (Pretty much15 minutes to any of them). As forementioned Manny's Chop House is a must when you visit. I think they should be on one of those cooking shows, great food, great service! (Mondays & Tuesdays kids eat for free). I found the kiosk on highway 27 informative, we saved $$$$ on Legoland tickets and they offered a plethora of information about local golf courses and tourist attractions. We lived in the pool and jacuzzi it was beautiful. May your family enjoy your stay as much as we did. The Ropers Ontario, Canada

  We stayed in this beautiful villa for 2 weeks over Easter. Unfortunately this wasn't long enough and we could have easily stayed for another week. The weather was perfect - only one day which was overcast. Meanwhile it snowed in the UK! The villa is well maintained and clean. It has just about everything in it you could need. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, towels and bedding. Even pool towels were there which Janice doesn't mind you taking to water parks - helps to keep luggage allowance down! A cool box was also there which was very useful for keeping drinks cool in the car whilst at the parks. The master beds are huge and very comfy. The location is good. Not far to the i4. There's a Walmart just a mile away which comes in very useful. Would not hesitate in recommending this villa.

  We hired this villa for 2 weeks. It was a fantastic villa with a lovely pool and hot tub that got nice and warm for chilling out in. We found that it was close enough to Walt Disney World without being too close! With a Walmart store less than 1 Mile away and many other shops within a 5 mile range it was perfect for us! We found helpful ideas for places to eat and things to do - Manny's Chop house is simply the best and close to the villa which is great! We would happily rent this villa again!

  Let's just say Amazing... Great weather, great location. We will be back every year going forward. The house is world class. The pool is amazing and my twin sons and daughter just loved the pool. Clean, and just feels like home.One day we didnt leave the house until mid day because of the pool and it being heated in January. So close to Disney and there are plenty of places to eat local. The owners were great to deal with and have everything a family could need right at the house waiting for you. Thanks again for allowing me and my family a much needed vacation using your wonderful home. Count on us to book next Jan or Feb. The Murray's. Jan 2012
