The Cut connects the Gulf of Mexico with the Atlantic Ocean. This pristine estate is more of a vacation destination; not just a condo, townhouse or hotel room with water views from each floor an private entrances to each.
Bring your own boat and tie up to the 96-foot dock which also has davits available upon request and or mooring whips for overnight stays. If you do not have a boat, you can always throw a line out and catch a large variety of fish or shrimp in the evenings; or just watch a school of Porpoises and Manatees pass by!
Located approximately 50 miles from Miami International Airport, your tropical oasis is in the upper most reaches of the Florida Keys Oceanside, just north of the John Pennekamp State Park and minutes from some of the best fishing and diving in North America.

I've just loved this area ever since i was a kid, with the mild breezes and great fishing & diving, what more could you ask for?? Being 15ft above the sea isn't so bad either; especially when storms arrive!!!

Just the knowledge of how it's built and my own children helped in the effort. Plus now that I'm grandpa, I don't think it can get any better!!

I actually built this house after coming down to the keys for over forty years, a situtation presented itself to acutally own something down here became a reality.. Having grown up in south florida i've seen what hurricanes can do and built the house like Mr.Flager built his railroad (lots of concrete & steel).
