  This condo is beautiful!! It has beautiful furnishings, crown molding, granite countertops, etc... It was so clean and had everything we needed to make us comfortable. There was plenty of room for me & my husband and our teenage son & daughter. The bed in the master bedroom is amazing!!! The beach chairs in the storage closet was an added bonus. The owner, answered all of our questions & was so accommodating to our schedule and so easy to work with (thank you)!!! We will absolutely stay in this condo again next time we go to Panama City!!!

  We enjoyed our stay. The property was all that we could ask for. It was very nicely decorated and clean. The owner was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions. I would definately stay here again and would recommend it friends and relatives.

  My husband and I have FINALLY found a place to return to year after year! We loved being so close to Pier Park yet far enough away to find it so peaceful. Top on my list of condo requirements is cleanliness and comfort...this deserves an A+! We found this condo decorated to perfection and they had everything we needed for our one week stay! I did not cook much because of the great restaurants in the area; besides I was on vacation! We loved having chairs waiting for us at the beach every day. That was a bonus! There is so much to do in the area from Pier Park to Rosemary Beach to Seaside. We have already booked with the owners for 2012 and look forward to being "in paradise" once again!

  We've stayed in a lot of condos at various beaches on both the Gulf and the Atlantic, and we've yet to find one this welcoming! The bed in the master bedroom is so very comfortable, the amenities are probably a step up for the average household, and the view of the sunset is picture perfect! The housekeeper must be someone special because the whole place was clean as a whistle. The pictures do not tell the story of how perfect this condo is! Working with the owner is a breeze! They are quick to communicate and are more than accommodating. We will not only recommend this place to friends, but we recommend it whole-heartedly to you, the VRBO review reader. I'm sure the 'site wants the reviewers to list something that could be improved, but we literally cannot think of a thing to say in that respect. You will not regret choosing this spot for your next getaway!

  We stayed at Sunrise Beach 2 years ago and just returned from another week. We rented this condo for the week and it far exceeded our expectations. The condo is HUGE, nicely furnished/decorated and has a WONDERFUL beach-front view. Having Resort Quest on-site was a plus! We also had daily beach chair service and daily DVD's. California Cycles is across the street and you're within walking distance to Sharky's (great food and great service - ask for Haley). We will definitely book again next year! We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay, better on-site service or better correspondence/communication with the owner. We look forward to staying here again.
