Renovated two bedroom, one bathroom with sleeper's den on 60 feet of waterfront channel, only four houses off the lake. There is a dock and pier for your boat or jet ski. Features a long view of channel with gorgeous views of lake & sunsets.
Quiet channel with swimming, fishing and turtle hunting off dock. There is a firepit for bonfires and a small beach area for little ones.
Small beach/sand area next to dock for the little ones to play; New firepit area for bonfires, cook-out, etc.
Channel location is quiet and private. Cottage is an older, smaller cottage approximately 750-800 sq. feet in a secluded, wooded area. Perfect location for the family or friends!
