We recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic home. It is well kept, has very comfortable beds, a large backyard, heated pool, A.C., & BBQ. The owners are friendly, helpful, and made the transaction easy. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Palm Springs.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

This home is very relaxing, quite and beautifully landscpaped with great ammenities. Everything you would need. It is much larger than we expected. A classic 1950's Alexander home with a great pool in the back yard. The owner even provided some pool floats and large umbrella for us to use while there (in the utility closet). Large corvered outdoor dining area with a ceiling fan above we used every night. I loved laying in the large hammock strunk between the two orange trees in the back yard with a glass of wine. The 3 large palms trees near the pool offer shade on one end and full sun on the other. Lots of lounge chairs with pads too. There are 2 large step-in showers in each bathroom and they look like they've been recently remodled. Very nice tile work. Extra large closets in the master bedroom. My favorite feature here is the privacy. It is a world unto itself. I would highly recommend this house if you want peace and quiet, yet near all the Palm Springs attractions.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

My girlfriends and I couldn't get rooms at our favorite hotel in Palm Springs, so I found this Mid-century Modern. This modern home is located on a very nice quiet street. The house was very clean and inviting. The interior of the house is larger in person than the pictures show. The grounds, both front and back, are gorgeous. We spent most of our time in the pool or on the lovely patio. Some floats were provided, but we brought ours as well. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen is fully stocked with all that you would need. A taxi ride to our favorite restaurant "The Matchbox", on the strip, was only $10. We had a very relaxing stay and would definitely come back in the future. I mostly communicated with David by email and he was very quick in his responses, If you are considering renting in the desert, this is a great place!Recommended for: Pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.
