The accommodations in this wonderful House Isola Bella were superb! We were given telephonic assistance in locating the apartment and were met at the apartment, shown where to have lunch while the cleaning was completed, given food for breakfast and had wonderful oranges and tomatos left for our enjoyment. We had intended on traveling all over Sicily, but because this was so beautiful and comfortable, we did not leave at all except to go up to Taormina. The photos were exactly spot on in the depiction of the apartment, it was very clean. I have already recommended this apartment to all our friends. Thanks for providing a totally memorable holiday!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (€) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
Additional information about rental rates:
The here exposed prices are for the apartment (exclusively for you), 2 persons included.
For every person more (over the 2 above) you have to add, depending on the season, per week:
- in low season: 125 Euro (per person and week)
- in middle season: 150 Euro ( -'- )
- in high season: 225 Euro ( -'- )
- in top season: 250 Euro ( -'- ).
So for instance, for a stay of 4 persons, 1 week in low season you have to calculate:
+ 750 Euro base price for the villa, 2 persons included and
+ 250 Euro (2 x 125 Euro) for the other 2 persons
= 1.000 Euro the whole stay (4 persons, 1 week).
The final prices are intended 'all inclusive': light, water, air conditioning, bed-linen, towels and kitchen-linen, cleaning at the end of the location, parking.
In TOP and HIGH season the stays must last at least 1 week and have to start/end on Saturdays.
In the other seasons the dates are flexible.
For stays shorter than 1 week (only in MIDDLE and LOW season) the price will be calculated taking the proposed prices per person and night and considering minimum 2 persons and 3 nights.
Stays longer than 1 week will be considered proportionally..
To complete a reservation we need the name, address and telephone numbers of one of you to set up a little contract.
The usually foreseen payments are:
- an account of 20% at the signature of the contract;
- the remainder 2 weeks before the stay to allow me to confirm you the reception before you leave home and
- a deposit of about 20%, cash at the arrival, that will be refunded totally/partially at the end of the location.
