This home has everything you could ask for. Private solar heated pool, six-person hot tub, Weber gas grill, beach chairs, bikes, plus lots of toys, games and videos. Just a short walk to the beach (950 ft) on a private street. Sitting at the highest point on the street the home has both ocean and sound views. The sunset view from the hot tub is not to be missed.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The dining table seats 10. There is also seating for four persons at the kitchen bar. Off of the dining area is a screened-in porch, with seating for four guests. The comfortable living area has all new furniture and a 32 inch TV, DVD, VCR and CD player with surround sound. Add to that a great floor plan with three queen master bedrooms and two bunk rooms that share a Jack & Jill bathroom. TV's and VCR or DVD in all but one bedroom. All bedrooms have new carpet.
When you're not inside, you can relax on the porch swing or play some basketball or volleyball. The Weber gas grill is located inside the pool area and includes a seating area with a table and chairs for a relaxing meal by the pool. A charcoal grill, fish cleaning station and outside shower completes the package. Off street parking for six cars. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS!
