than 30 days notice will result in forfeiture of all monies paid. There are no
refunds for late arrival or early departure. All units are non-smoking including
the lanais. Smoking will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.

Whale watching from our lanai. Short walks to see guaranteed turtles eating in the rocks nearby. Late sunset runs to Poipu Beach Park for a swim or to have a sunset drink at Brenneckes. Our condo complex has only 36 units, which makes for a quiet and tranquil setting for our vacations.

There is plenty of room in our condo for all of us and our boys have their own bedroom and bathroom which is great.
