Rates subject to an 11.42% Hawaii State Tax. Four night minimum stay.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund with 60 days notice LESS $150 processing fee.Less
than 60 days notice loss of full reservation deposit.Any cancellation with less
than 30 days notice will result in forfeiture of all monies paid. There are no
refunds for late arrival or early departure. All units are non-smoking including
the lanais. Smoking in unit will result in forfeiture of your security   deposit.
