This Two-Story, "FOUR STAR", gated Regal Palms Resort 1800 square feet Townhouse, has a private driveway and is Fully Furnished with private bedrooms that include a King-Size Master Suite, Queen-Size Master Suite and Suites with twin beds, PLUS a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room and 3 1/2 baths. I also provided a playpen and a high chair for the little ones with no rental fees to the guest.
Feel right at home with the comfort of a Fully Equipped Gourmet Kitchen, Dining Room, Washer/Dryer, Central Air/Heat, Large TVs in every bedroom and DVD Players.
Take a splash in the enormous 2.5 acre Pool with Waterslide, Lazy River, Hot Tub and enjoy the play area with your kids....you're family will enjoy the FUN. While the kids play in the clubhouse game room you can take time to work out at the fitness center with a pool view. The clubhouse is designed with a Day Spa where you could have a facial or rest in the Jacuzzi or the Steam room.

Why the Owner Chose Regal Palms
My family and I traveled many times to Florida. We were old fashion staying in hotels and time share. During Spring break in 2005 my family discovered something new for us. We rented a townhouse at Regal Palms Resort for several weeks to enjoy our Florida vacation. We were absolutely spoiled with the comforts of being home. We felt the luxury of having a large full size kitchen, living room, dining room and private bedrooms. There is also parking right in front of the door step. With the sale of one residential property in New York we were able to purchased a townhouse at Regal Palms Resort. Now we are glad to share this experience with many other families with affordable rental rates.
The Unique Benefits at this NEAR CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF COURSE
The children love the enormous 2 1/2 acre pool with water-slide and we love the lazy-river. Now that we live in Florida we continue to spend time at Regal Palms Resort. We feel as if we are still on vacation. There are so many children and adult activities to keep us having fun all the time. I like the idea that Wal-Mart is only minutes away and helps us shop smart. My family and I relocated from New York City to Orlando Florida in the year 2006. Although New York City is a great place to live we love the Florida Sunshine weather all year round. We are big fans of all amusement parks. Florida has plenty of entertainment and restaurants to explore that give us the opportunity to choose a new location every time we look for FUN.
