Why the Owner Chose Orlando
My family and I traveled many times to Florida. We were old fashion staying in hotels and time share. During Spring break in 2005 my family discovered something new for us. We rented a townhouse at Regal Palms Resort for several weeks to enjoy our Florida vacation. We were absolutely spoiled with the comforts of being home. We felt the luxury of having a large full size kitchen, living room, dining room and private bedrooms. There is also parking right in front of the door step. With the sale of one residential property in New York we were able to purchased a townhouse at Regal Palms Resort. Now we are glad to share this experience with many other families with affordable rental rates.

The children love the enormous 2 1/2 acre pool with water-slide and we love the lazy-river. Now that we live in Florida we continue to spend time at Regal Palms Resort. We feel as if we are still on vacation. There are so many children and adult activities to keep us having fun all the time. Great house, clean spacious if bland decor. Pool area just perfect, always managed to find loungers and kids never got bored. House 2 min walk to clubhouse where the food was surprisingly tasty and resort within a short walk to restuarants, pubs, supermarket and nail spa!! Huge Walmart 10mins away and around 20mins to the gate at Magic Kingdom. (we hired a car) Good mix of people when we were there, families and couples a few parties of college kids, no trouble. Lots of Brits, as a Scot living in America it was like going home. (Cadbury's in the supermarket, fish and chip shop in the strip mall) It was not 'rough' though. And the weather was much better! I used the Resort Spa which was excellent and the little shop was very useful. We were allowed to use the pool before check in. No pestering from the real estate people. We had a great time!

Dear Ephraim, Just wanted to thank you and let you know that we enjoyed renting the unit from Jan7-20/12. We enjoyed the pool during the warm weather. The pool toys and stroller came in handy. The kids also brought their lifejackets and enjoyed floating around the lazy river. We enjoyed relaxing while watching the kid movies found in the unit. The beds were comfortable, and the kids enjoyed taking turns sleeping in the car bed in the upper master bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay. Marie

Hello to everyone! During our stay at Regal Palms CB234, my family enjoyed everything they had to offer us. My kids and nieces never got tired going to the pool area just because it is an environment suitable for kids. The Town House that Mr. Sierra rented us was perfect!!! We didn’t need any extra accommodations. The service and attention throughout the vacation was exceptional. Thank you Mr. Sierra family and Regal Palms personnel for the hospitality you gave us in such little time!! This will not be the last time you will hear from us. Ephraim, I can't thank you enough for everything your home is beautiful and spacious. My parents 50th Anniversary was a complete success! As you know I was in charge of all the reservations and very nervous, but I really had nothing to worry about, everything was perfect and you were really wonderful. You held my hand through it all, answering all my questions and reassuring me every step of the way! We had a blast! Thanks for making it so easy! 202 LaMirage is my 5 star choice. I just wanted to take a minute to email you and let you know how pleased we were with the townhouse at 202 La Mirage. It is, by far, the nicest place we have ever stayed. I was blown away when I walked in the doors. It is absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent it. I hope to return again next year. The employees of the Resort were more than friendly. I would have stayed another week if I didnt have to go back to work. Thanks again.
