This townhouse has alot of attractive extras to offer our renters! Ohlson Chateau is a very spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, pet friendly townhouse. Tastefully decorated, this 1800 sq ft duplex is located in the desirable La Valencia resort on the west end of Panama City Beach. It is just across the street from the Gulf and "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches." This wonderful three story home has a view and accommodates up to 11 people. Beds include: two kings, two queens, one twin bunkbed (plus a trundle twin bed under the bunkbed), and a collapsible baby crib.
The back yard is fully fenced for pets and up to 2 dogs are allowed. Our goal, as pet owners and pet lovers, is to provide other pet owners with a luxurious place to stay. We believe that you should not have to lower your accommodation standards just for the sake of your pets!!! MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 25 YEARS OLD OR ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN TO RENT- SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! ONLY 25 AND OLDER.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
In Season Rate: $1650/week - Saturday to Saturday.
Off Season Rate: $1250/week - Saturday to Saturday.
$300 Security deposit required to confirm reservation.
$150 Cleaning fee. $75 Non-refundable pet deposit.
Credit/Debit cards thru paypal.
Monthly winter rate $1650 per month ($300 cleaning fee)
Spring Break Rate: $1900/week - Saturday to Saturday
Spring Break: $200 cleaning fee, $500 security deposit

Stayed at Ohlson Chateau June 2009. It is a very nice & clean home which made us feel very comfortable. My family & I were very pleased with the property, the location, the beach, everything! Very peaceful & quiet - family friendly. Owners very professional & easy to communicate with.

Super nice house, just as described. House is close to the beach with all the comforts of home. I was not able to carry my animals but that is a plus for this home. Very Very Clean and the managers were great to deal with. Will use again. Thanks.
