As a long time resident of Islamorada I realized there were very few properties where an extended family could vacation with ample room and realtive privacy. My extended family, often 11 of us, travel once a year and enjoy private homes and estates. Islamorada, offering so much to the extended family, we decided to build such a compound. Our family enjoys fishing, diving, great dining and shopping so locations like Islamorada are perfect and WARM! We have hosted many weddings and can direct you to several wedding planners or give you the information you need to plan youeself.

We were able to rent the whole compound as we had 4 large families with small children to 87 year olds! The ability to hold the "Celebration of Life" after the memorial service that held over 50 people was a miracle. The whole complex is large, accomodating and quiet. The two outdoor bars with their ping pong tables and horseshoe pits entertained until the weeeeeee hours of the night for the adults and the pools were fantatic for the young ones. the hammocks under the palm trees were a great place to rest up for the next evenings festivities. We enjoyed kayaking, and the stars at night. an added blessing was the watching the adult Osprey push their two youngin's out of the nest and teaching them how to fly, and hunt for fish...We unanimously recommend this site and give it a 10 star rating. Thank you

Our group loved the experience of staying in this comfortable gated compound. Easy to get to, great accommodations, relaxing, and great location. Private pier was great for sunrise or sunset. Pool was also an added plus with an outdoor kitchen close by. Within walking distance to restaurants and local shops. Will come back again!
