Enjoy the best ski mountain in Summit County; an amazing ski school is just a few minutes West at Union Creek with plenty of beginner runs or catch the American Flyer or American Eagle lifts a few minutes East at the new Center Village.
Enjoy your vacation with or without a car. The Summit Stage gives you easy access to other ski areas as well as Frisco or use the Copper Mountain shuttle system to move easily from the East Village to the West end of the community. Copper Mountain is an ideal vacation destination for all seasons. Enjoy perfect summer conditions for hiking, golfing and views that are impossible to tire of. Winter is a wonderland of activities with panoramic views.
Feel at home in our spacious townhouse (approximately 1600 square feet) with an oversized garage and plenty of room to store all of your hobbies' equipment. Enjoy the spectacular views with a warm fire burning or a cool breeze blowing through the first floor great room, or from your private atrium deck on the third or fourth floors. The third floor master suite is private and comfortably roomy with DSL and a desk to accommodate your computer needs in addition to a king-sized bed. The master bath has an oversized "soak" tub to relax your tired muscles. The fourth floor has a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and large closets. A loft area has trundle twin beds and a TV with DVD/VCR. A full bath separates the areas.
The ground floor accommodates your storage needs and has a full sized washer and dryer. There is one additional parking space directly outside of the garage (with remote opener).
You can also relax on the front deck or in the hot tub outside the back door. PLEASE NOTE: THE HOT TUB IS CLOSED FROM MAY TO OCTOBER.

DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION POLICY:
**50% payable at time of booking; balance due 45 days prior to stay.
**Half of deposit will be refunded if cancellation is 45 days prior to stay; if balance due is not paid 45 days prior to stay, cancellation will be assumed.
**No refund if cancellation is less than 45 days prior to stay. If new rental is obtained a partial refund may be made if new rental is equal to original booking.
