Enjoy a private setting in this beautiful Lake Huron home with 115 feet of sandy beach. Direct walk out to the beach from the house, no bluff here to walk down from. The large two tiered furnished deck at beach side is where you will spend most of your time. There is not a deck like this in the area! The location is private and simply beautiful!

This is a spacious year-round 2,200 square-foot home which includes three bedrooms +, full kitchen, dining room, living room with natural stone fireplace, laundry room and two sun rooms. The lake sun room has a beautiful view to sit and enjoy the wonderful lake in the morning, later in the day, and even on those rare not so pleasant days.

The two bedrooms at the lakeside of the house have one queen and one full bed each. One has a 20" TV. The large third bedroom, which is located at the rear the house is ideally set up for kids. There are two full size beds and and one twin. There is a 27" TV and plenty of room for games, etc.

The living room has a 32" TV.

The house is decorated in a charming decor with antiques scattered throughout.

You will be thrilled with the privacy and the amenities. It is located one walking mile south of the Village of Port Sanilac and 10 miles north of the quaint Village of Lexington. Port Sanilac Harbor, with a full service marina and boat access is one mile north.

We prefer one family. We cannot accommodate family reunions, gatherings or extended family situations

Parking is limited to two cars.
