The front lanai of the fourth floor luxury condominium overlooks a courtyard pool and white powdery sand beaches with breathtaking sunsets. The master bedroom and second bedroom have sliding glass doors that open to decks overlooking the intracoastal waterway and beautiful sunrises. The ocean view from the living room, screened-in lanai and kitchen will be hard to leave behind. There is an 80-foot pool, tennis courts, sauna and shuffleboard.
The condominium has three bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds and the third bedroom has a day bed with a trundle underneath that can be used as two twins or one king. The third bedroom also has an office area with a built-in desk and chair. There are four televisions plus VCR and DVD players. There is a washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen.
This property is located in a secluded residential neighborhood only minutes away from great restaurants and shopping. In this ocean paradise you can watch the dolphins swim, see the pelicans dive, go searching for shells, walk the beach or lay in the sun and enjoy the sound of the waves.
