  I love this place! It is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are well kept with beautiful plants and flowers all around. The pool is very clean and the white sand beachfront is very private and secluded on the end of the island with the best sunsets you'll ever experience seeing. The complex has MANY amenities from tennis courts, an exercise room, shuffleboard, a poker room, and many more. It is a very safe and secure property with designated covered parking and a short walk to the elevator or stairs. Although secluded, it is a very short drive (less than 10 minutes) to many fabulous restaurants, parks, activities, and shopping. The condo itself is extraordinary. It is immaculate (and has been for all of my stays). It is very spacious and is tastefully and comfortably decorated and furnished. All of the fixtures and appliances are updated and fairly new. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook a seven-course meal. The appliances are also fairly new. The refrigerator has an ice maker with filtered water and is also equipped with a dishwasher! There is also a nice dining area. Off of that is a large living room with a flat screen TV with cable and DVD VCR. The furniture is new and there are many seating options. It also has a screened in lanai through a sliding glass door that overlooks the grounds and ocean. The bedrooms follow suit as well. The beds are very comfortable with a television in each room. The master and adjoining bedroom both have sliding glass doors that lead out to balconies that overlook another waterway with beautiful sunrise views (you get the best of both !). The third has an office space with easy access to the Internet (and wifi). There is a lot of closet and drawer space with linens provided and a washer and dryer inside the unit. The two full bathrooms made it extremely convenient for having kids. The owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. She is also very knowledgeable about the property and area. I have enjoyed all of my stays and will continue to stay there. It truly has become our home away from home.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  My family had a wonderful vacation at this condo in December 2011, the views from both balconies are terrific, the condo was clean and well equipped with everything you need, the beds were comfy. The beach is beautiful, the grounds are lovely, the pool was clean and the water was a nice temperature. My children who are only 3 and 5 were well entertained with looking for and finding shells and sand dollars on the beach, swimming in the pool and trying tennis(brought our own rackets and balls), shuffleboard (equipt. provided) and fishing, we brought our own poles and bought bait just down the street at a marina. My parents (who are recently retired) and my husband and myself were also well entertained with the same activities and just enjoyed relaxing on the lanai and viewing the great sunsets after a long hard day of doing - whatever we felt like! P.S. thanks for having a blender!Stores and restaurants are only a short drive away and easy to get to know the area. Thanks Sharon for being so friendly and communicative with us about our stay, hope we can come back some day!

  We have stayed at this condo in the Bonita Beach Club for a number of years and have been extremely happy with all aspects of the rental. The location of the Bonita Beach Club at the end of Hickory Blvd. means that it is very quiet and yet it is easy to access nearby shopping, restaurants and golf courses. The condo itself, located in the middle of the complex, faces due west for wonderful sunsets with the bedrooms overlooking the back bay giving an entirely different aspect. As seen in the photos the condo is tastefully furnished with very good quality furniture and the kitchen is extremely well equipped with anything a good cook would need. On our arrival the condo was very clean and is well maintained as is the Bonita Beach Club itself. The owner is a friendly and delightful person. I would highly recommend this property for a wonderful holiday in SW Florida.

  I am currently staying at this property. On arrival, the property was immaculate. The off white carpeting had obviously just been cleaned. One would have been hard pressed to find a dirty finger print. The decor is pleasing; there are an adequate number of comfortable chairs for reading; the bathroom fixtures appear to be relatively new; the linens and towels are relatively new; the kitchen is well stocked with mostly new utensils; the views are as described with magnificent sunsets.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.
