Beautiful and comfortable two bedroom, two bath, beach house located in family friendly Oceanside Village, a 180 acre gated, beachside community with gorgeous lakes and swimming pools.

It is a quick 10 minute walk to the beach or an even quicker 5 minute car or golf cart ride in a lovely neighborhood! At the beach, you will have access to a private parking lot which includes an outdoor shower and a rest room.

Master bedroom - Queen bed, cable TV, ceiling fan, and private bath
Guest bedroom - Single over Full bed, cable TV, ceiling fan, and separate bath
Den - Queen size sleeper sofa, ceiling fan. You'll want to bring your favorite DVD to take advantage of the surround sound home theater system.
Kitchen is fully equipped for a light meal, or somthing more adventuresome.

This home is conveniently located near shopping, entertainment shows, restaurants, and golf (Tupelo Bay golf course right across the street). Rents Saturday to Saturday. Please bring your own bed, bath linens and paper products. No pets and no smoking, please.

  • We just returned from a week long stay at this house, and it was great! The house itself is very clean and spacious enough to fit seven adults without any clutter. It's also wonderfully located. We walked to and from the beach every day with no strain. The neighbors and others within the community are also extremely nice, which made our stay even more enjoyable!

  • We loved this house! It was very clean, which is the most important thing to us since we have a two year old. There are so many nice things about this house...DVD with surround sound, nice kitchen appliances, and large closets and rooms to mention a few. The golf cart and indoor pool were favorites for us all, but especially for our son. We all loved this house and neighborhood. We felt very safe as this is a gated communtiy and the security guards ride through the neighborhood periodically. We can't wait for another trip! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!   • Sign us up now for 2010,our 3rd year in your "Beach House at 409". We had another GREAT TIME this year! Whats not to like about the handy location - so close to the beach,grocery store,golf course and restaurants. And, of course, the house itsef is everything we thought it would be and more. So well kept up and so many nice ammenities.Thanks for adding a great new porch and internet this year. We enjoyed them both very much. Thanks again for the good times!!

  • This vacation home is perfect! We love the neighborhood and the safety we felt during our stay. With two children it is nice to have all the extra space this home offers. The layout of the kitchen/ dining room and living room make it nice for family meals. The house is clean, nicely decorated, and stayed very cool the entire stay. It's so much better than being stuffed into a hotel for a week. The ocean here is beautiful and is much cleaner than up the coast. I loved the convenience of the golf cart. It sure made things easier when we needed to carry our chairs and beach gear out to the ocean. We truly enjoyed our vacation here at oceanside in this rental, and we hope for many more years of returns. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

  • We really enjoyed our vacation stay at this home in Oceanside Village. Everything was very clean, which is always important, the rooms were not cluttered, and the large closets were a plus! The neighbors seemed pleasant, the street was quiet, and we had great fun on the golf cart! The price was not over the top, which was also a relief. We would definitely love to return to this "HOME AWAY FROM HOME!"
