We have stayed at this house four different times. The development is awesome, with great swimming pools, basketball courts, a library, playground and private access to the beach. We always feel safe and have a great time. The owner of this house is available and easy to work with. The house itself is a breeeze to maintain while enjoying your vacation. It is comfortable and has great ammenities (we especiallly enjoy the internet access and golf cart). Don't spend your vacation anywhere else!

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Vacationed July 30th -Aug 6th from Ohio. We had a wonderful time. Very clean and comfortable. Photos were very accurate. Price was beyond amazing. Golf cart was definately a plus. location was great, 2 minute gold cart ride to the ocean. Short distance from many area attractions. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood, great for the kids. We will definately return next year. I recommend for families of all ages. I am 34, husband 37, with children 5 and 11. Had a great time. See you next year... And Thank you very much.

This was our first stay at Oceanside Village and I have to say it was an extremely joyous and relaxing stay for myself,my wife and our two children. This home is nestled into and area of the dwellings which was extremely quiet and little traffic at all. Most of the traffic was that of the occasionally passing golf cart which you never would hear or see unless you were out on the wonderful covered front deck. Some things I would highly suggest are that you indeed rent the golf cart,visit the Conch Cafe on the beach access and while at the Conch Cafe for dinner my suggestion on the menu would be the blackened ribeye and shrimp and a side of sauteed mushrooms. Yummmmy! This home was very clean,very comfortable,and very cool on the hottest days. If we return next year this is where I'll be for sure!! Thanks to the owners for allowing us to enjoy this home.

My husband and I went with another couple and really enjoyed staying at your home! We had stayed in Oceanside Village twice before and enjoyed staying at your place the best so far! It is so clean and the perfect amount of room for 2 couples. The house is bigger than it looks in the pics and the front deck is large and great for lounging. The Wi-fi came in handy when figuring out what time attractions closed, etc. Our favorite activities were taking the golf cart to the beach, eating and walking around the pier at Murrell's Inlet, Brookgreen Gardens, and driving down to Georgetown. The owners are very helpful and provide all the info that you could possibly need about the details. They even arranged to fix a flat tire on the golf cart the same day it happened! Thanks for allowing us to share your vacation home, hopefully we will be back!

We stayed at this beautiful home for just 4 short days but loved it! So close to everything, community is so nice, pools are great. Girls loved the golf cart and taking that to the beach was great! I love Surfside Beach now!

We just returned from a week long stay at this house, and it was great! The house itself is very clean and spacious enough to fit seven adults without any clutter. It's also wonderfully located. We walked to and from the beach every day with no strain. The neighbors and others within the community are also extremely nice, which made our stay even more enjoyable!

We loved this house! It was very clean, which is the most important thing to us since we have a two year old. There are so many nice things about this house...DVD with surround sound, nice kitchen appliances, and large closets and rooms to mention a few. The golf cart and indoor pool were favorites for us all, but especially for our son. We all loved this house and neighborhood. We felt very safe as this is a gated communtiy and the security guards ride through the neighborhood periodically. We can't wait for another trip! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! Sign us up now for 2010,our 3rd year in your "Beach House at 409". We had another GREAT TIME this year! Whats not to like about the handy location - so close to the beach,grocery store,golf course and restaurants. And, of course, the house itsef is everything we thought it would be and more. This vacation home is perfect! We love the neighborhood and the safety we felt during our stay. With two children it is nice to have all the extra space this home offers. The layout of the kitchen/ dining room and living room make it nice for family meals. The house is clean, nicely decorated, and stayed very cool the entire stay. It's so much better than being stuffed into a hotel for a week. The ocean here is beautiful and is much cleaner than up the coast. I loved the convenience of the golf cart. It sure made things easier when we needed to carry our chairs and beach gear out to the ocean. We truly enjoyed our vacation here at oceanside in this rental, and we hope for many more years of returns. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We really enjoyed our vacation stay at this home in Oceanside Village. Everything was very clean, which is always important, the rooms were not cluttered, and the large closets were a plus! The neighbors seemed pleasant, the street was quiet, and we had great fun on the golf cart! The price was not over the top, which was also a relief. We would definitely love to return to this "HOME AWAY FROM HOME!"

We had a wonderful stay at 409 Hazelwood. The accommodations were perfect for us and our 3 year old granddaughter. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location is close to everything we needed. Short drive to the beach and shopping. Oceanside Village is perfect for families. Very peaceful and quiet and we highly recommend this rental property to anyone looking for a great getaway vacation. Would absolutely love to stay here again!!!!

The beach house had all the conviences of home. I liked that the house was kid friendly and not cluttered. This made clean-up on the last day a breeze. I did not have to dust all kinds of what-nots. We are looking forward to renting again next year. Thanks for a great stay.

Tim, Thanks so much for letting us use your beach house. It was perfect. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. Oceanside Village is quiet, peaceful and most importantly NOT CROWDED. We love it and are aniouxley awaiting our next trip.

Because I had not stayed in this community before, I was not sure what to expect. Let me tell you, I had nothing to fear. The house was a great find making our family vacation relaxing and very peaceful. The beach house was well equipped and had everything we needed. The house was clean and cool. Decorated nicely and not screaming “vacation home” at you, it had all the necessities including a surround sound DVD system. It took a trip to the beach to convince my wife we needed one, ourselves. The house was well within walking distance to the beach or just a short golf cart ride. The community’s amenities were the icing on the cake. After spending too much time in the sun (my wife was right), a day at the in-door pool was exactly what was needed. Our kids (12 & 14) already asked if we could come back next vacation.
