Relax and unwind in this pristine three bedroom/two bath Cape, located in the idyllic bayside area of Town Neck, Sandwich. Walk half a mile to the beach, restaurants, and the Cape Cod Canal or spend the day exploring the charming, historic village of Sandwich. A major supermarket plaza is a two minute drive away.
The house is decorated with light, beachy colors and wood floors throughout. There are many extras such as quality beds, linens, towels, and fluffy duvets; a well equipped kitchen with lots of gadgets, pretty Dansk dishes, and new appliances; fireplace living room with TV/DVD, iPod sound dock, and a selection of books, movies and games.
The first floor, with living room and kitchen, is set up as a master suite with king bed, full bath, sitting room with desk, internet connection, and TV/DVD. Upstairs are two large bedrooms with peeks of the ocean from skylights and a full bath. The new deck has comfortable lounge chairs, dining table, gas grill, and shower.
There are lots of fun things for kids - videos, a big basket of toys, another full of books, and a fairy castle (you have to find where it is!)
